5 stars for showerhead pressure and bed comfort. Pillows were comfy too. Brenda at the front desk very helpful. I was having a problem with my Bonvoy card and she fixed it. Included breakfast was very tasty. I wish my homemade scrambled eggs were that creamy, fluffy and yummy. I also had the waffles and 2 types of sausages...very good. Great variety of breakfast foods.
Property is well managed and clean. What more can you ask for? If I had to pick one downside I would say the down pillows aren’t that comfortable. The deflate fast to about a hard quarter inch . We drove so we had pillows in the car. They have a little pool and hot tub that was. Ice fir the kids. 14 minutes on average to downtown. I would stay here again.
I would choose this hotel again. Great service, especially from Milton at the front desk. Everything was clean and liked the body wash. The breakfast in the morning was delicious--area was clean. Coffee was great!
Upon check in my husband was told that our room was "upgraded" to a jacuzzi suite. My husband declined the so called upgrade but was told that was the only room available. We had reserved a regular king suite and would have much preferred that. The jacuzzi was gross and took up way too much space. There's only one small tv, very far from the bed. The carpet was disgusting, towels were dirty, and fixtures were broken. At breakfast the 2 women working there picked the busiest time to restock things, very slowly and carefully. It clogged the small room. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everyone above us, as well as in the parking lot. I would never stay here again.
While this property was absolutely fantastic, it wasn’t problem free (as few properties are). The outdoor areas, lobby, pool, fitness center, and other common areas were also excellent, though the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The customer service here was absolutely fantastic, literally no complaints about it. As for the rooms, security was excellent with a deadbolt, latch lock, and RFID key lock. The living room was nice with comfy furniture, a nice desk, and a rather nice kitchenette. The bedroom area itself was fantastic with a nice window and closet. The beds however, while clean, were not exactly comfortable and the HVAC, while it worked well, was a bit rickety. The bathroom was very nice but the shower was kinda beat up. Overall though, despite the minor issues, I’m still very fond of this property.…
I would recommend staying here. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful especially Alex. Food was fresh but I wish there were more of a variety throughout the week. Hotel needs some updating but is clean, neat and safe, which is very important. Hotel is central to many outside activities. Enjoyed my stay.
This isn't the nicest hotel in the world and could use a remodel as it's getting a bit shoddy. However, it seems clean and is in a good location if you want to be away from downtown. It's definitely reasonably priced as well. Due to the relative price to the area I do find sometimes there are some "suspect" characters staying in the place but in general I have no issues and I stay here regularly for work. It isn't higher rated mostly because as I stated above it's time for a remodel. The staff is always very nice as well.
The hotel is convenient to downtown Annapolis but not in the midst of congestion. The hotel is dated and could use an update. Our king room was spacious with a sleeping area and separate sitting area with a mini fridge, microwave and sink. The bed was relatively comfortable and there were blackout shades on the windows. The complimentary breakfast was depleted in the last 30 minutes of service. We went earlier the second day and it was a bit better.
First let me start with the sales manager at the Annapolis location Brenda, all I can say is how totally efficient and knowledgeable she is. I was able to book a meeting room at a very reasonable price for the area, the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and offered exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend this location for you business and meeting needs.
Generally adequate. Lackluster welcome. Bathroom had mold in the caulking around tub. Shower curtain was cheap plastic, stiff with age. Low water pressure. Beds were squeaky and past their prime. Breakfast was okay. Hot tub was cold and when asked why , answer was a shrug. Overall nothing special. Cannot recommend.
