A great experience in Annapolis with an intersting and witty innkeeper. An historic inn ; great location , walking distance to downtown Annapolis, on nice secluded street. Great accomodations and fabulous breakfasts inc. fresh fruit and amazing french toast. My go to now in Annapolis.

The Charles Inn was just lovely. We were greeted by John, the owner and personally shown to our room and around the property. The room was clean, nicely appointed and very comfortable (The Holly Room). A/C was efficient and quiet, always a plus. John prepared our breakfasts on both mornings. These were two course breakfasts and were served on beautiful...

John, the innkeeper couldn't have made our visit more special! The breakfast was incredible, he prepared eggs blackstone for us with poached eggs, tomato slices, crumbled bacon and hollandaise sauce, delicious! he...

We enjoyed our two night stay with John and his crew at the Charles Inn very much. The home has a ton of character and is ideally located for shopping, dining and seeing the sites in Annapolis. We unknowingly booked our stay during the power boat show, but this inn would be a perfect spot to stay for any event...

Spent four days here while in Annapolis for a course, and enjoyed this cushy respite at the end of the day. A friendly and flexible innkeeper was very accommodating of my schedule. Husband and pooch both loved it too when they joined me on the last night (we were the only guests that mid-week night) and appreciated the pet-friendly policy.)

My boyfriend and I just spent a lovely getaway at the Charles Inn for our anniversary and it was spectacular. All too often I find that a b&b doesn't truly live up to the pictures and is a bit worn down, but that was not at all the case here. We stayed in the Holly room, which was gorgeous! The...

I surprised my wife with a weekend trip to Annapolis for our anniversary. I decided to book a room at the Charles Inn after looking at several of the different B&B's in the area. We could not have been more pleased. The location, only a short walk from all of the shops and restaurants in the historic area of Annapolis....

We decided at the very last minute to grab some time away. Lucky for us they had a cancellation. We stayed in the Holly Room. Just beautiful! Very romantic. Breakfast was fantastic. The best French toast I've ever had. Coffee great too. Only thing I would suggest would be a "how to operate" guide for cooling/heating system. Ha! Hope to...
