Beautiful location, very relaxing and great food! Joan, the owner, was such a delight! She was always more than willing to talk about the area, where to go, best ways to get there and just sharing how she started her B&B. The house and property are lovely. I loved the llamas and horses and other animals that roamed around! Also...

We enjoyed our 2 night stay immensely. We stayed in room #4 which is actually an upstairs suite with a living room and kitchenette. Also had a nice balcony overlooking Pleasant River which zoomed with hummingbirds. Breakfast was delicious and more than ample, and visiting with the horses, goats, and alpacas was fun.

Our family stayed at Pleasant Bay Bed and Breakfast in rooms 1 and 3. While the beds were not super comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious and hearty and the time spent with the owners, Joan and Jerry was interesting and enjoyable. The location is lovely right on the water with walking trails and time to spend feeding the goats and...

This place is such a wonderful place to stay! My husband and I stayed there this past weekend. This was our second time staying here and it was just as we remembered it. It is so relaxing and the owners, Joan and Jerry go out of their way to make everything so special for their guests. In spite of Joan...

This B & B has the perfect location right on the bay with water on three sides! It's a working llama farm with goats and horses too! Great views, amazing food and the owners are service oriented!! They even have their own hiking trails on property! Grab a hot tea and watch the sun set or rise on the lovely...

This is the second time we visit this place, and we almost never visit the same place twice. It sits on a beautiful, and very peaceful bay, with a big manicured yard, and a very New England type of house. The breakfast there is something to look forward too. It's beautifully presented, made freshly in front of your eyes, with...

I'd like to thank the owners of this beautiful place for their understanding and gracious way they handled our difficult situation. We arrived on a gorgeous afternoon and immediately saw that there were dogs and cats on the property. I had not inquired if there were animals in the house, but I obviously knew that it was a farm and...

We really enjoyed staying here! We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms which was nice to check out the different rooms. Both were really nice though we really loved the room with the deck. Beautiful views of the water! We loved talking to Joan and learning about how the B&B came about. She has so much info to share....

There is so much you can say about this place. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are extremely cozy. The animals are full of personality. The owner is phenomenal. My wife and I stayed here for two nights as we were traveling up and down the coast of Maine for our 10 year anniversary. This place by far has left...

We stayed October 15, 16 & 17th 2012 and what a great place this was. Joan, our hostess, cook and owner, was great. 110 wooded acres, hiking paths, 2 miles of rough shoreline, very little light polution for star watching and beautiful scenery everywhere. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING !!
