We love to stay at the Bristol for city break great location and good facilities. I left an item in the room which I discovered the next day, no issue the cleaner found it and the hotel offered to send it to me. Real 5 star service.
The staff was the BEST!! Especially Karla.... Totally full service to help you with any need. The food and drinks were amazing as well. They have a gym and swimming pool on the 4th floor along with a sitting patio to enjoy some fresh air or evening lights.
This place far exceeded my expectations! They accommodated an early check-in request, the rooms are gorgeous! They knew me by name and they reached out to me in the USA when I left a credit card behind in the safe. I had both lunch and brunch in the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised with the menus....and I had a massage in the spa with the most amazing views on the 25th floor. Attention to guests and attention to details are their talents. I highly recommend this place and look forward to my return trip.
Everything about this hotel was amazing from the dining to the room and the staff. You will not be disappointed with the experience. The rooms were tastefully decorated, and we enjoyed the artwork in the lobby. The spa services offered were vast - I enjoyed a massage and spa pedicure. Highly recommend!
we came to hotel bristol due to a delay in our flight. even though we did not plan on staying here, we are so glad that we were able to. the hotel was beautiful and clean. the front desk and restaurant staff were incredible. Guillermo was so kind and we were always excited to see him when we went to have dinner.
I have been going to the Bristol Panama for the last 3 years. From day 1, Mr Otoniel have treated me like I am the Only guest in the hotel. Now that he is in charge of the Residences, the level of Excellent Customer Service had followed him. Thank you for making me feel like home.
So happy we chose Bristol Panama after arriving early morning on a red-eye flight. They let us check in several hours early which I did not expect, the rooms were very quiet, staff was always helpful and friendly, breakfast was excellent and great drinks at the bar. Casco Viejo is a quick and inexpensive Uber ride from the hotel.
Having stayed in hundreds of hotels across the world as a Retiree of the USG, I can honestly say my stay at The Bristol was indeed Top-of -line /First Class visit. It was so amazing that I actually wanted to provide a "Review" which I generally don't. By the end of my 8 day stay I often felt as if I was the only guest in the hotel-- that's the TRUTH! from the moment I arrived until the day I left the kindness, respectfulness and the attentiveness of the manager(s) and entire staff was EXCEPTIONAL. I am sure that the Hotel has a SECRET training program for their amazing staff!!! In this day and time of hard to get employees-- Where on earth did they find this group of people??? POSITIVE HIGHLIGHT # 1: Because of a mistake made in my Internet reservation, the front desk staff had to call upon the Director of Operations (the DO) in order to correct the problem. The DO was able to instantly make the correction and assured me that I was "welcomed to the Hotel." Not only did he fix the problem but assisted me in learning how NOT to inadvertently get caught in the same online reservation glitch. WOW!! I was more than impressed!! and grateful right from the start. There after I saw the DO often in the lobby (in fact, it appeared he never left the hotel) and on each occasion he never failed to stop to chat about how my stay was going--NOW THAT'S A FIRST--top management actually taking time to sit and chat with a hotel guest...well it was a first for me. And, after many conversations I can say without doubt he is absolutely an experienced/seasoned hospitality professional and has a personality that shines like a Gem Stone. Oh! did I fail to mention, that not only did the DO resolve the problem at the start of my stay and consistently inquired about my visit; he on the behalf of the hotel gave me an appreciation gift for the awful experience with the booking process. Gee!! what more could a guest ask for.. The rest of the Staff were equally super great professionals. I was actually shocked by their willingness to be so helpful...NONE of that indifference attitudinal stuff. All were most helpful (with a smile) in every way from: Spanish translating to the best restaurant recommendations ever from Sue, and Reynol (hope this is the correct spelling) who helped this "Baby-Boomer" set-up my local cell phone purchase-without one single giggle or raised-eyebrow about my poor tech skills. Each one of the staff-not all mentioned here--were simply AWESOME!! I felt I gained new friends. My stay was so perfect I made reservations to return and rent one of the hotel's Apt. for a long-term stay. The Sales Manger Mr. Perez was yet another staffer that was on" top of his game" as a professional who knew his trade. His outstanding presentation about the hotel's units' for sale and the additional benefits of renting and/or buying was beyond convincing. Its hard to say what I liked best about "The Bristol"--how about EVERYTHING. I can't wait to return. I could go on-and-on, as you might already have noted, about the hotel's restaurant, the polite smiling doormen (I don't recall ever opening the entry door it seemed that Thomas was always there before I reached it), the SPA staff, the housekeeping staff, and last, but certainly not least the FABULOUS Hotel Bar, A quietly sophisticated (off the busy-path of the hotel lobby), exceptionally clean, extremely attractive, quite simply a cozy/intimate feeling area of the hotel that also had outside seating that felt like a garden oasis, tho a street was near by. Even with the above adjectives about the Bar- -the other best feature of the Bar honestly--was the amazing Top-Notch Professional Bartender, a twenty year veteran of The Bristol-- Mr. Poli (and unknown to him I fondly called him my Uncle P) who made a FANTASTIC dirty martinis (and no doubt many other favorites) my go-to after dinner drink. This Review is truly from the heart, unsolicited and a RARE contribution on my part. Now with that said, if you get an opportunity to visit Panama City; you will be wise to consider The Bristol with its quiet sophisticated vibe of a "home away from home " as it was for me!…
I am super happy with the attention they provide at the Hotel, I was staying with my husband and I had a very nice experience, the food is very tasty, the hospitality is fabulous and the hotel is very elegant and welcoming. 100% recommended
