What was supposed to be a nice stay ended being a nightmare. Issues started from a very beginning, When we arrived to the casco viejo, we spent 40 minutes driving around the hotel to find a parking lot, my couple went into the hotel to ask for the parking lot, but hotel crew responded that the hotel didnt have parking...

Firstly thank you very much for taking the time to post a review. I'm really sorry that you encountered a parking issue. Unfortunately being an old city complex dating to the 1650's, there are virtually no parking facilities for motor cars anywhere . No hotels and very few private residences have parking slots as living here for 15 years I...

The place was really good and what I found particularly exciting is the bike service that is included with the reservation. I was able to use the bicycle around Casco Antigua to make a self-guided tour. The room was really comfortable and I could use its kitchen. I honestly recommend this hotel, the service is good and I couldn't choose...

Nice location and great staff. However the facility is a bit run down. The real downside is that it is on a busy street with traffic running till almost 0300 in the morning. There is aloud "disco" adjacent to the hotel and the music bass is horrible. The noise kept waking me until almost 0400 when it shutdown. Between horns...

My family and I stayed at Casa Antigua for a week and had a blast. Our suite was large and spacious. The best part was the stunning view of the city from our balcony. So incredible! The servers at Pips were lovely and remembered us during our stay. We had to get an extra room, last minute, and the receptionist...

Casa Antigua was a good place to stay during my friends and I three day trip in Panama! We stayed in clean and comfortable rooms. The view from our balcony of the city was beautiful! The nightlife comes alive on Fridays and Saturdays! Pips is the restaurant we ate our breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The mojitos were the best!! The...

The Kliemann suite for four persons has two good double beds, a shower and an excellent kitchen. Hotel staff was very helpful in finding a parking space nearby! Complimentary American style breakfast (including a couple of choices like pancakes or corn torillas) is served in Pips Cafe on the ground floor. Service was very friendly! Great location if you're planning...

I really like the location of this place because there are plenty of sites to check out nearby. The AC works well, the wifi was awesome, and my room had a private entrance to the roof! It was a beautiful room and I felt very relaxed. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The only thing was that my room...

Spent three nights in this hotel and would recommend it as a decent place to stay while visiting Panama City. Our flight arrived really early in the morning, so we arranged with the hotel to check in very early, which was great after such a long haul! The hotel is inauspicious from the outside - no obvious reception area so...

This was a last minute booking as we couldn't find any other place recommended in guidebooks in the Casca Viejo area for the weekend. After a bit of online research, we found Casa Angtigua. We called the place but couldn't communicate well with the person on the other end so we hung up and booked the last suite available (according...

I am very disturbed at your report which in no way reflects the service we expect to provide. My sincere apologies and if there is any way I can personally discuss this with you I would much appreciate the opportunity . The staff members involved have been released as their performance was certainly not in compliance with our rules. Please...
