My husband and I along with another couple, long time friends, made Dos Palmitos "home base" while in Panama. What a lucky choice for us! Angeline, the soft spoken, multi lingual, charming, and knowledgeable owner helped us pull our trip together before we left the States and when we arrived in Panama she went the extra mile for us. She...

My weeklong stay at Dos Palmitos was the icing on the cake for my visit to Panama. Angeline the proprietor was gracious, extremely helpful in the logistics of transportation, language, and daily adventures, and provided lovely and plentiful breakfasts on the tree-shaded patio. The B & B is a two minute walk to taxis when the on-call driver is busy...

We spent our first night in Panama at Dos Palmitos after arriving at Tocumen Airport at about 10 pm. We greatly appreciated the taxi sent to the airport. Our room was air conditioned with an really nice shower and free Internet was available in the common room. An excellent breakfast of fresh fruit, eggs & bacon, toast, juice, yogurt, and...

The rooms are great; very clean and nicely decorated;...

We spent four nights here in November at the end of our 2-week Panama adventure. Angelina could not have been more helpful. Enjoyed birding from the deck and being able to hike to the top of Ancon Hill to see two kinds of monkeys, sloths, etc.. Easy cab ride to Casco Viejo and the causeway - a little more difficult...

In total I spent several weeks in Dos Palmitos when moving to Panama. It is located in a lush green part of Panama city, with many birds and wildlife to be seen. Quick access (by car or taxi) to both canal zone hotspots (Albrook shopping mall, airport & bus station, Amador causeway, Casco Viejo etc.) and popular Panama city barrios....

Over priced for what you get, no a/c in common area, no cable TV, only local Spanish TV. no English news papers or books to read, no telephone service. The Proprietor has a problem dealing with customers on all levels.

Stayed there for a couple of days and must say that the room are very clean, service is very, very good. Even if you want to go somewhere in Panama, just ask Angeline and she will help in any possible. Breakfast is outstanding, more than enough. And it's very close to the center, close to shopping malls, ..... To say...

Dos Palmitos, Panama City is now open since one year and I would like to respond to all the positive comments we received over this last year.
