Great service of all the staff, from the begining to the end. When I arrive to the airport I call the Hotel, and they send me a taxi, when arrive the bellman knows my name, for the check they have everything ready. The room service has many options and the food was delicious. Thanks to Diana and Mike (chek in)...

This was our second stop on a visit to Central America, the previous being the Hyatt in Panama City. I was quite disappointed upon arrival in the neighborhood, why all the razor wire? The property was clean and the fellow at the desk seemed to be saying he was sitting in for someone else, seemed a bit confused. He found...

Bedbugs and instant coffee? Dusty plastic plants. First thing upon arrival at 9:45 PM being asked to pay for the room which I already paid through booking agency. Shown yo a room where AC did not work. After letting them know I was instructed to sit and wait patiently while they ascertained that it was indeed out of order. Being...

From the moment I arrived, I felt very well taken care of at hotel Internacional. From the front desk to the security guard, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Roberto the owner, and the young man from the island in Lake Nicaragua. Thank you! I will be back!!

While looking for a last minute hotel in Managua I found Hotel Internacional. Found the phone and called. Spoke with Roberto the owner. Not only he answered every question I had but made the reservation process very easy. Upon arrival Roberto and his staff made me feel at home the rooms are kept clean and all the amenities are well...

This is a nice, clean hotel. It is a nice, classical building, with decent rooms, good breakfast, good WiFi, all at a very reasonable price. The owner is very hands-on - very helpful, and almost always around the property. Don't know much about locations in Managua, but there were at least 2 nice open-air bar/grill/restaurants within a few blocks. You...

This hotel was a very nice place to stay. Hot water, great breakfast, and a beautiful lobby. However to enjoy these things you must be able to overlook the hostel feel that the rooms have, mismatched sheets and pillow cases, and a general lack of attention to lighting or decor. It's also very hard to find if you're coming in...

Close to transportation, restaurants and bars. Safe area of town. Loved the home like, family feeling, rooms are clean, comfortable. AC, beautiful layout, nice breakfast. Nice friendly staff and owner. The owner will go out of his way day or night to make you feel at home.

This hotel was great! Roberto, the owner, was so nice that at times he felt like family. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is also very nice, but Roberto knocked it out of the park with the best customer service in Nicaragua! He would do anything to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Location is...

It's an okay place to stay if you are in the city. Location is alright at best and the place was completely dark when I got there, which made me think if it was even the right hotel. I was a little bit off-put by the fact that the place was empty and dark when I first arrived. There is...

“this hotel is off the beaten path, not quite to the city center. my cab driver from the hotel had no problem taking me there. i didn't bother with the tourist markets or malls so i can't comment about the proximity. but everything in managua is taxis or walking anyway. i walked to a nearby local restaurant and had cold beer and good food. what else do you need?”
