Detailed Reviews
This is a very good hotel. Clean, spacious, with a very helpful staff. The receptionist accomodated us to a first floor room so that my wife wouldn't have to climb stairs. The food at the restaurant is very good and service is also very good. For the room rate, this is a great bargain and I would recommend it highly. Given the chance, I would go back to this hotel. Thank you guys, for making our stay at this hotel a very pleasant one.

I found it to be a hotel with very good facilities, in a place in the city that made my mobility easier, and staff with a friendliness that is sometimes difficult to find in other places.
The food services are adequate and in most cases tasty, although I had one occasion when the food was so gourmet that I couldn't identify what it was about and in my opinion it was unpleasant to look at so I didn't eat it. but the food and beverage staff was quick to fix it with another type of dish and that was very nice.

+1
Hotel that stands out for its architecture inspired by the last century that meets expectations.
It has some details, logical due to the construction, but you can have a good rest in spacious, clean rooms.
It is suggested that they have a minibar, it is necessary due to the heat of San Salvador. Breakfast is basic, more focused on local foods. The hotel's menu for dinner is very limited.
Nice stay.

Do yourself a favor, and donāt stay in this hotel. I had to changed rooms twice. The fist room had a bad toilet, the second room had nasty bedsheet. In the third room, the ac didnāt work the last day. Also, the iron did had all the parts so it was impossible to regulate the temperature. In addition, when they clean my room the housekeeping person put my soap and sponge on top of the toilet which made because she didnāt have to touch my personal hygiene stuff in the first place. Itās nasty. Please Please donāt stay in this Hotel. Unfortunately, the other hotels in town were full due to the holidays. The hotel employees arenāt friendly. Terrible experience. I have attached a picture of the iron so you can see that it didnāt have the part to regulate the temperature. Also, a picture showing the AC not working even though I call to get it fix. The guy at the hotel didnāt do anything. I couldnāt attach the video of the ac not working.

This hotel is known as one of the best venues for celebrations. And during the season, they typically host a quincaneara every Saturday night late AND a wedding every Saturday that goes even later. If you are staying at this hotel as one of the party goers, I canāt recommend it highly enough. Even if your contract was to end the party at midnight, the hotel will give two or three bonus hours. So if youāre hosting the party and youāre staying at the hotel, you will have a great time
However my review is for those of us that are staying there unaffiliated with weekly celebrations. For us, it was torture. As much as itās charming for these weddings and quincieanaras to take place, they are extremely loud, with lots of karaoke. They occur not in a banquet hall, but rather, right outside the hotel windows. You can not escape the outdoor party until 2:30-3:30. They have bands playing, with brass horns. Sometimes the two different bands playont different songs at once. I thought I would
Lose my mind being in a room
In between the two parties. They said it would stop
At midnight, but that was a bald faced lie.
Again, itās a nice hotel if your attending the wedding. But if you are just looking for a hotel on Saturday, save yourself the hell of trying to sleep at this multi party venue.

I came despite the negative reviews. Gotta say I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and comfortable. Stayed with 11 more friends and we all agree. ..we would stay here again. Foods good, but your stomach will have to adjust to it if your not from this country.

my colleagues and I went back every three very sick after eating at this hƓtel.
We had to spend our weekend in bed and after a few days we're still sick. Should train staff in the kitchen to wash their hands! I will never advise the hotel restaurant to friends or colleagues! hygiene in the kitchen is the least we can expect from a hotel who rent rooms for work and meetings.

Room: simple and ok
People: easy and relaxed...service sometimes a bit sleepy....
Location: very quiet, even at events taking place
Comfort: what would you say when you have the chance of all day having breakfast in a garden...
Breakfast. might be a little more international style, not every morning scrumbled eggs, frijoles and baked banana.....

I've never been at a hotel that put the quests needs at such high respect. Every need from towels to meals, and more, was fulfilled quickly and completely. I asked the front desk if they had stamps. They told me they did not but offered to run out and get me some stamps. Beautiful views, plenty of open, comfortable common areas. Only draw back, no elevator for second floor rooms.

I have actually stayed here three different times over about a year and a half span. I love this hotel. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic with traditional Salvadoran food. The rooms are very clean and very nice. The staff is extremely helpful. Location is okay. It's quiet. And for my purposes convenient. Highly recommend this hotel.
