Breakfast at this hotel is amazing, I stayed a whole week! Staff were friendly, but few spoke any English, but this wasn't a problem with google translate. I stayed in two different rooms. One with no window, just a frosted glass door, but it was quiet and the bedding was high quality. The other in middle of hotel with a window and view, but you could hear traffic and music from restaurant next door. Bedding and towels in this room were a lot lower quality for some reason. Both rooms spotless with air con. Loved the location, near to National Market and a shopping mall in a safe area to walk around. I'd defiantly go back here!

The rooms are simple but it has everything you may need. The staff was super friendly and professional, always ready to help and answer questions. There is a terrace restaurant/bar where I hung out in the evenings. The food was not so great but the service was top-notch.

I stayed here for 5 days and was impressed with how clean and well maintained the hotel was. I stayed in one of the larger rooms so I didn't have to use the stairs and felt like I had a lot of privacy with a separate hallway. The room had everything I needed or I was able to ask for it (hair dryer, iron, bottled water, toiletries, etc) The AC worked well. The TV had Netflix so I was able to log into my account and watch shows/movies. The breakfast was simple but good with fast service. I would suggest they put a safe box in the rooms but thankfully they were very respectful of all my belongings. The beds were also very comfortable. They had 24 hr security outside watching the cars and the entrance. The noise level is loud on weekend nights, thankfully for my room was the farthest away and I only had to close the bathroom door to lower the noise and it wasn't a problem at all. The wifi also worked great. Enjoyed my stay!

This hotel is well located with modern and new room. The staff is very friendly and the lounge is very nice. The food is good. The rooms are comfortable. The only two problems are: only strairs and no elevator and the near by restaurant has loud music at night.

Terra Bella is my "home away from home" when in San Salvador - located next to the David Guzman Anthropology Museum and across from the Convention Centre. The hotel is modern, well designed, quiet (considering the street noise outside), very clean and well-run. The staff are very accommodating and friendly and have always gone out of their way to be helpful. Their breakfast (included in the price) is excellent and ample - and if you want to eat elsewhere, the Zona Rosa is only a block away. The hotel has connections with a very trustworthy taxi company for getting around in the city, and they also do tours. For the gals - a new hair salon opened downtairs recently in case you need emergency hair and nail care!

I have a great time at Terra Bella. The staff, specially, Diego are very friendly, resourceful and helpful shame I had only stayed 3 nights. I had to leave very early in the morning and Diego was helpful in booking my taxi and serving me a cup of tea and something to eat! 5 starts hotel service. My room was very nice and the bed very cozy. It was good to have a air-con too. I certainly recommend it and I will stay there again if back to San Salvador one day! Thanks guys!

We stayed at this hotel for about 2 weeks (a little less). The hotel owners are good people and all of the staff was beyond accommodating. The desk personnel are extremely helpful in whatever you need, from asking about the city(s) to traveling to surrounding countries. The cleaning/cook staff are also very sweet and make a fantastic breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in San Salvador!

Clean, quiet , friendly and safe hotel. It is located in one of the safest and centrally located zonas of San Salvador. Just outside there is the bus stop to all three bus terminals of buses to all directions of El salvador-North,East-West-South and to the Pacific beaches. Also across the street there are pullman services to Guatemala, Nicaragua and Hondures. Breakfast is rich and plenty; it is included in the room price which is cheap for the Zona Rosa area.We stayed 11 nights.

After backpacking for several months, we found this little gem next to the Zona Rosa. Fantastic place, service is good and price was reasonable, Breakfast was good. Cannot complain staff, rooms everything was good and is within easy walk of restaurants and places. staff very accommodating. They were happy to brew us a pot of coffee to set us on our way as we were leaving at 6:00 AM. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in San Salvador

I stayed at the Terra Bella recently for one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful; for instance, I wanted to leave a suitcase there for 48 hours before my arrival because I wanted to travel without luggage in the countryside. They were happy to oblige and kept everything safe and sound while I was out of town. The desk staff and the cleaning staff were super friendly. The room was fine, although I had a little trouble getting the air conditioning to work the way I wanted (it was actually too cool and I couldn't figure out how to adjust it to my needs). I am confident the staff would have solved the problem - but as I was only staying one night, I didn't bother getting the problem fixed. Location near the convention center and the Zona Rosa is ideal if you are attending a convention or looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the museum neighborhood. I left very early in the morning for the airport, so I didn't have breakfast there. I would definitely stay there again; I liked the atmosphere, the look of the rooms, and the smiles on the staff's faces.
