This hotel is centrally located and has all the amenities one would need. It does however need improvements. The entire lobby is beautiful, clean, and looks updated, and has a nice scent. It seems the rooms (carpets) have not beed updated since Hilton took over. The coffee shop was a highlight and major bonus for opening 24/7. A few staff members that stood out and exceeded service were Santiago (concierge), Carlos Galdamez, and from the coffee shop Norma and Yamileth. All four of these individuals were friendly, kind, welcoming, and showed true Salvadoran spirit. I was a bit disappointed with check in staff as they did not go over the property or 7th floor perks. Overall, a good stay for the price but I hope some updates to the rooms/pool area are made in the near future.

The room was clean and the bathroom was very spacious. The shower was updated. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel has everything you need. They arranged a shuttle to transport us to the airport after our original driver canceled.

This hotel stands for its location next to the main business center of El Salvador city. It connects directly to the business center and offers a large campus with 24h coffee shop. The lobby is huge and you have a decent gym and nice pool. Staff is very nice. Level of service is another story. When checking in, although we were already advanced in the afternoon, my colleague's room was not ready. The day after, coming back at 6:30, they were just cleaning my room. The room itself is comfortable but nothing really special except the fact that the power socket extension did not work. In any case, could do better

Very nice hotel across the street from the Plaza Futura. Gated hotel with security on property. The breakfast buffet and pupusas are excellent…fresh squeezed juices as well. The rooms are clean and very comfortable beds. If you prefer bar soap for your face make sure you bring your own. The rooms only have refillable soaps and lotion. Great bar and pool as well. I will definitely be back.

I was there for a sports seminar and we are received excellent service throughout our stay. From reception to dining to housekeeping everyone was very friendly and professional I couldn’t believe the number of conferences going on simultaneously-and the high level of catering at all meals If you want a break from all things conference walk across the bridge just off reception to some fabulous restaurants

Elegant and superb stay . The rooms are fantastically spacious . Wonderful hospitality courteous staff wide variety of breakfast . Only thing English is not their primary language maximum staff speaks Spanish .

My first visit to El Salvador was for pleasure. Helpful attentive staff and the amazing daily buffet breakfast we ate on the patio each morning with volcano views & a lovely woman made fresh pupusas-so delicious- all made our experience so enjoyable. We really liked lounging by the pool when we returned from sightseeing… we used the hotel drivers to take us around town & beyond! Conferences, weddings & other events kept the hotel lively which we enjoyed. I was even able to watch the Super Bowl on a big screen set up in the bar area-a great surprise. Daily morning visits to the fully equipped gym. Centrally located but tucked away in a nice neighborhood, close to lots of restaurants for easy evening dining if you want to leave the hotel-which we did several nights via hotel taxi. Our room overlooked the beautiful volcano & courtyard. A nice coffe shop in the lobby has quick bites for lunch/snacks. My friend had stayed here many times, I now know why she is a repeat customer.…

I am here now book a room with a view and got a room in the basement..spoke to young man at counter and he told me the hotel is over booked not my problem.. Really upset as this is frist trip to El Salvador a don't need to start my vacation like this...

I've been a guest at the Crowne Plaza (formerly Radisson) Hotel for more than 20 years. Most of the time I've been booked into the Annex, a 5 story building across the plaza from the main tower. Whatever minor complaints I might have are completely overridden by the cleanliness of the place, the friendly (like family to me) staff, the excellent food (especially the breakfast buffet) and the easy access to the World Trade Center with its fine selection of restaurants. There seems to be something going on all the time in the convention center or in the ballrooms of the main tower, which just makes each stay more interesting and fun. Just one thing was an issue on the most recent visit. The shower controls in Annex room 369 are really messed up. The water would alternate between scalding hot and barely warm, and the cold water handle operated as both a cold water control and a shower shutoff valve, even though there is a separate control for that function.
