Super location. Down by the river and near the funicular.
Friendly staff. Super big rooms. Like in Asia
Had a very good breakfast in the Vogue Cafe and a lovely coffee lounge downstairs in the lobby with excellent pastries

No, they do not. The only Floor Ladies I can think of are the ones which existed in the Soviet days (ie before 1991) in "Intourist" hotels for foreigners in the Soviet Union, and disappeared together with the Soviet hotel system. Fairmont, like all quality 5 star hotels, has an excellent concierge service who are very helpful.
