The campsite itself is ok at best, not comparable with most European standards but having been travelling for over two years with a motorhome, the least worst of a bad bunch we found since we left Greece, went through Bulgaria and into Bucharest. It has warm showers, toilets with toilet paper and sinks and water as well as chemical wc. What...

The staff are obnoxious and extremely rude. The camping pitches are terrible. The huts are damp and smell. The guy on reception started to get stroppy and said we did not have permission to be on the site because we wanted to have a look round, even though he said it was OK when we arrived.

Three of us tried to book in but found the site so run down and toilet facilities below acceptable. We then had a look at the cabins, no more than a shed, some were rotten and damp. I would not recommend this site to anyone. Perhaps not so bad in your own campervan but not for motorcyclists.

This was my first visit to Bucharest. I am on a motorcycle camping trip with 2 other friends. We turned up at the gate, and a member of staff, very arrogant and unfriendly greeted us. We wanted to see the pitches first before paying. He did not like that!! We walked over to the so called pitches....rubbish, completely unsuitable. I...

We stayed there for 3 nights. We have a caravan and we are a family (2 adults, 2 children). The camping is old, and it needs some restoration, however it is clean, the forest pitches are shady, and the staff is very friendly and helpful! Near the camping there is a zoo and a commercial center. It is not far...

Although the camping is situated North of the City Centre about 12 kms, there are good bus routes into town and your van is very secure when left on site. There is also the Baneasa Shopping Centre about 1.5km's away where you can find may stores and the main bus terminal to get to town. There is a great restaurant...
