I regularly saw this hotel during the bus ride from high school to home and it stuck in my mind that one day I will be a guest there. I created this opportunity on Valentine’s Day this year and I spent a wonderful night there. Not much sleeping, but what a great time I had. The rooms are absolutely huge...

The hotel is situated in the centre and it is really easy to reach all places. It is really close to the Old town and respectively close to the Parlament, as well. You could easilt access the metro system which makes it very comfortable to travel.

Our bedroom was quite run down. In contrast, the bathroom was recently renovated and in a good condition. There was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel (but particularly strong in the communal areas). There was wifi signal only in the dimly lit reception area. There was an old lift inside the hotel, but it did not reach...

went here for a birthday trip with my friends, the location is perfect for the city centre and everything is within walking distance, the Hotel itself is as run down as you can get the toilet wobbles when you sit on it and the mini fridge looks like it should be kept at beamish also the rooms are smoking so...

Its a nice hotel, very reasonably priced.Functional, but clean and warm room with a helpful staff.More importantly, its located in walking distance to the historic city center attractions, and also the main bus stop connecting to the bus stop (bus 783).Highly recommended for budget travellers

Very good value central hotel. Not the most modern, but clean and the rooms are very big. Excellent for the price. The bar/cafe/restaurant next door, which may actually be part of the hotel, is also well worth a visit.

Very good location, old hotle, bad smell, needs several renovation.I was afraid to use elevator. At the same time, very good price for city center, right next to Piata Universitatii. I recommend only if u have no other solution for acomodation.

If you want a cheap, clean, inexpensive base from which to explore the Old Town of Bucharest, then look no further. The Old Town is quickly accessible on foot, and many of the other sights are in the immediate vicinity. The 24 hour Hotel Bar,is a useful addition to the "party traveller", if you fancy a pint and a pizza at 5-00...

This is an inexpensive old fashioned hotel in the centre of the city. The Old Town which has vibrant nightlife is less than 10 minutes walk away, and most other sights are within 15 minutes walk. Rooms are clean and warm. Not suitable for elderly people or those with mobility problems. There is a small lift but to access this...

The building is old and it has character. If you want to stay in the lap of luxury, this is not the place for you. It is perfectly good, but not swanky. However, if you'd like to stay somewhere really central, affordable, and pleasant, this is it. Our room was very cheap, and when we got there we were surprised...

“A room at the back of the Hotel, may prevent you from being woken by the excessive horn blowing, morning commuters seem to indulge in.”

“Ask for a room at the back rather than on the main street due to noise.”

“I LOVED having room with balcony facing onto Piata Rosetti and all traffic and nightlife (had Boots earplugs for later on). It was just perfect to be able to sit out on balcony in September and absorb local atmosphere in 20+ degrees. If you have come for peace and quiet and no atmosphere, then choose room away from Piata.”
