Off-centre but worked well as a location for our seminar. Good lighting and projection facilities. Bedroom was very comfortable and good to work in. Well looked after by Vlado and his colleagues. Many thanks. The room card says "comfortable and reliable" and that hits the spot.

I got a room on the 18th floor of the tallest hotel in Croatia and the view didn't disappoint. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful but all this you would forget once you entered your room. The room is a journey back to the 1980's of Eastern Europe. By 2017 they still didn't manage to get a...

The hotel Panorama is neither located nicely nor can we talk about a modern and pleasant accommodation. It is lacking renovation wherever you look and step, thus it is difficult to understand how it got or keeps its four stars. Additionally the breakfast is very basic. The only positive remark is, that the staff is very friendly and helpful, trying...

Comfortable bed, clean, great view from higher floors of the hotel, great breakfast. The hotel is located some 25-30 mins on foot from the city centre and there is a tram line passing nearby. Stuff was very friendly and assistive.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It's a bit out of the centre, but nice to get to know another area of Zagreb. Rooms are good with bath. A bit nosy, but depends on the neighbours. We enjoyed the fitness and sauna. Almost private as no one seemed to use it. I guess there are mostly business people in...

Vlado was one of the best waiters I have come across in a hotel. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. We had a stressfull week at the hotel, sitting a judging course and an exam, and his light hearted nature was very welcome and helped us get through the week!! Also, the maintenance staff assisted me very well when...

A good hotel, just a little bit "tired" in places that could do with a fresh paint. There was a problem with our shower which I reported, it was fixed within an hour. Food was good however, as a vegetarian it became a little monotonous (Full board) There were several very cheap Pizza places close by for a welcome change....

Visited Zagreb for an international sports judging course. It was a stressful week, but the excellent hotel with friendly and attentive staff who couldn't do more for you, made our stay an enjoyable experience. Special mention to Vanko, Vlado and Ivan who were outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay much better! Thank you

I think that this hotel took some starts from other near by hotel. This is the only explanation I have that it's have 4 stars. The bust I can give the hotel is 2 stars in a good day. Rooms are small, ugly, worst bad ever, a lot of dust, bathroom are small and not comfortable. Breakfast is just ok....
