As a group of three women, we booked the junior suite at this hotel. A local had recommended the place and we were very satisfied. Our room was very large and had its own sauna and jacuzzi tub. The decor was a bit haphazard and the floors uneven underneath the carpeting but it added to the charm. Everything was very clean...

I stayed in this terrible hotel with my family. Photos are not real Notes; 1-the broken bathroom 2- noisy, there was a party 3-cold, doesn't work a heating system 4- not clean in the room and bed I think that makes this the worst hotel in Europe.

The biggest 'pro' for this hotel is the location. It is within very reasonable walking distance of the center of Sofia and all the attendant attractions there. While the neighborhood immediately adjacent to the hotel can feel a little sketchy at night we walked back to the hotel on the main street without incident. (But that might be a consideration...

Its a fine hotel, nothing fancy. As usual the room we booked wasn't available, so we've got another one. Probably not as fancy, but it was big. It didn't have the balcony and it smelled old. It was really an outdated room, but the room was big. Beds were fine as well. Bathroom looked very nice, but it flooded already...

Pros: Location, close to the center, walking distance from Vitosha street, goverment buildigings, churches etc. Big PRO: has its own parking which is rarity in Sofia. The apartment I was was extremely spacious with two bedrooms, although the upper bedroom was under the roof with one small roof window and looked like a place for pigeons. Rooms are clean. Staff...

It's not the peeling wallpaper, stained and holey sheets, the broken bathroom or the hanging curtains that makes this the worst hotel in Europe. It's not even the fact that we paid top whack for a room with a balcony, which they then gave to someone else and stuck us in an unsuitable and disgusting room that makes this the...

The room was clean. The hotel was located close to the centre. The staff was excellent. Everything was ok. We stayed four days there and I advice every one to visit that hotel. You could reach everything from that place.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, 3 persons. My 1st impression was fair. It really looks little better in the pictures, but I think it's happening to the most hotels worldwide. We reserved 1 room for 3 and we had 1 double bed and a sofa. It's not a problem for me, but should be for you. TV,...
