The rooms of this hotel are spacious and clean. I stayed in two different rooms within the space of a week: while one room faced the street the other looked onto the mountain. Both were quiet and. The food (breakfast and dinner) was well prepared and flavoursome. Although the staff at the front desk was friendly it seems as if...

I stayed in this hotel last weekend. Quite classy and luxury interior. My room was excellent and I loved that they took consideration of my pillow request, Great chat at reception- George was very helpful and sent me to a good massage :). The restaurant has a new menu- with oriental dishes and loads of vegetarian options. I would recommend...

I stayed at this hotel in mid January for a business trip. The company I work for was running a seminar at the Festa hotel, which was very well organised - they had really thought of every detail! The staff were always on hand and were friendly and helpful - we had some difficulties connecting to the wifi but this...

Dear Milena, Thank you very much for staying at Festa Hotel Sofia! It is really re-awarding to read such an objective review, which is focused on the details - from staff, cleanliness to comfort and location. We are going trough constant trainings for our staff, which main aim is to deliver the same level of service and to be on...

This is a great place to stay when you are on a business trip and your office is nearby. The hotel is nice, it's up to it's standart, it's clean and cozy, the rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable and they oofer a (not-so-cheap) transfer from the airport. The staff id friendly and helpfull, like most Bulgarians, but not everyone...

The Festa hotel is 5 minutes from my office so I stay there each month. This review is based on consistent experiences rather than one-off good/bad incidents. This is a 3 star hotel by Western standards. Rooms are clean but dated with old square televisions with local channels. The showers require anyone over 5'4" to do the limbo to wash...

I stayed here because it was close to my client's offices. The hotel itself has a certain faded charm. The foyer is elegant if a little dated. The rooms are very clean (although there was a used tooth pick in my soap holder) and the showers, whilst providing copious amounts of hot water seem to be a little low (even...
