I booked this hotel because it was in the central area and specifically advertised it had car parking. When I arrived it was apparent that you could not even park outside the hotel to check in. I was then told that there was no parking. This soon changed to the fact that there might be parking but they would need...

Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, as we believe that any resolved misunderstanding could be of use to our future guests and could prevent other issues such as this one. Our parking area is indeed with limited capacity and the service is upon availability. That is why we always advise our guests to request...

I stayed at Downtown Hotel for a weekend. It is nicely located: 10 min walk from the City Center and 20 min drive to the airport. The room was spacious and clean; however, the walls of the room and bathroom are too thin and I could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms and the room on the upper floor...

Because of an error by the World Bank the hotel were given the wrong dates for our stay but the receptionist, Alexandra, very helpfully spent ages ensuring we found an alternative hotel for the night at Easter holiday time when all the city was booked up. On our return we continued to enjoy friendly and efficient support from the staff....

at around 10 min by foot from city center where all shops and restaurants are. Warm decoration and globally clean. For 10€ full EU breakfast with large choice and fresh food. The main issue for me is that it is noisy from street side durin the night.

We stayed for two nights. The hotel is beautiful - full bar in the lobby, outdoor seating. The room was nice, though the air conditioning could have been a bit more effective. The staff was friendly and helpful. We rented bicycles, and they found space to store them overnight. We needed to catch an early flight, and the hotel shuttle...

This is a very pleasant hotel in a good location. Haribo and Lindt shops are close enough and there are dozens of restaurants, clubs and coffee shops near by. My room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast is fine. And, if I forgot to mention it, really friendly staff!

The hotel is conveniently located for walking around Sofia. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The hotel itself is a little dated but the food is fine and the reception staff helpful regarding directions and getting out and about. There were no towels in my room when I first checked in but this was rectified quickly. I would agree...

Older hotel a bit of a walk to the sites. Hotel claims to be non smoking but it's obvious some guests don't respect that, the room smelled of stale smoke and cheap air freshener. Bed looked and felt like it had a crater in the middle of it, really horrible. If you have a street side room, no matter what...

A nice hotel in a great location, however the room was very warm and the traffic noise meant an interrupted sleep, I tried the A/C which was ineffective. The buffet breakfast is great value and the staff are very helpful.
