I'll try and comment on a few of the points raised in previous reviews with my experience of a 5 night stay. 1) Reception staff - On the whole I found the staff to be friendly and attentive. Maybe they've been spoken to after previous comments on here?. 2) Hotel is in a bad area? Nah!!! The hotel is in...

Myself and two friends stayed here for one night in June and it was a very nice clean and comfortable hotel. We had a very large room and it was nice and quiet away from the main road. Let's begin with the positive remarks, good warm room rather beautiful, good nice hotel ,a good breakfast with a variety but awful awful coffee. The personnel was not helpful and I can't say that they were very polite. The room when we arrived was clean but the everyday cleanliness was medium. Best travellers' choice definitely not in my opinion.

Disappointing distance from Serdika metro station, more than ten minutes which means that it was not central. The room was on the sixth floor, a spacious attic with interior view. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice. The neighborhood was not pleasant.,too.

We spent four nights at the Best Western Plus Bristol. The location of the hotel is good, a 5-10 minute walk to the metro station, also to Vistosha - a street with lots of shops and restaurants, also 10 minutes to the Mall of Sofia. There’s a tram stop just down the street too so getting around is easy. Check...
