The hotel is boutique, small, but clean and has all the amenities you need. It's in a great location, walking distance to all the main attractions and places to visit, and also offers gym, very good wi-fi and breakfast. Staff are friendly and a great example of a good hotel for not much money. Would highly recommend to anyone

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff, although not a four star by usual European standards. The area is a bit run down and it's about a 10 minute walk to the main shopping street. Very nice breakfast buffet, plenty of choice. The free wifi is very slow and often doesn't work at all.

This review is not based in whether the hotel is good or not, but in whether this is a good or bad 4-star hotel. In summary: THIS IS A TERRIBLE 4-STAR HOTEL. And since there has been some many different reviews I am going to try to set the record straight with a thru-and-thru revision. The staff: Overall ok but...

Showed up as a "walk-in" due to disaster at another hotel. Front desk accommodated us right away. Stayed in large suite #36A. Comfortable room, decent breakfast, location was fine. Hotel staff was good and I recommend the hotel assistant, a gentleman who both whispers and whistles, as someone who provided great help. Mr. Ditimar, who was on the front desk...

This hotel has a great location – railway and bus stations are here in 10 min walk, main city attractions and Vitosha street are in 10 min also. Stuff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and almost standart. Room usability was weak: I hit my head twice at nigh with a window which opens over the bed. Bathroom...

Great location; great hotel; great staff; great breakfast; great rooms. I've got to knock a point off, though, as one of the rooms had no air-con, the unit having been taken off the wall to be fixed when we got there. Fascinating building as well - a tiny touch of communist solidity; some Art Deco and some whimsically odd angles...

Spent there only one night, do not want to stay again cause it is really depressive one. Breakfast is included and it is ok. Free internet. Perfect location. If there is a special offer, stay there for one night, if you are tourist it is not your place.

This hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel in Sophia, Bulgaria. How is that possible? The rooms are filthy; old carpets smelling of stale smoke, bed coverings are unchanged, bathroom floors not swept. Management was not accommodating. They did not change our room nor would they give us a reimbursement for the night we had pre-paid for. Also, breakfast...

The best thing about this hotel is it's location. Breakfast is delicious and staff is friendly. The rooms are efficiant, clean and neat. The bathrooms are different sizes so see if you can find a room with a big one. Ask for room on first floor and windows facing away from street. But nice hotel!

We checked in quite late and just dropped out bags so we could go out for dinner. The room was dark, unmoderated and had no refrigerator. We didn't even wanted to take a shower depending how the bathroom looked like. When we got back home the lights went off in our room, so we had so sleep without airconditioner or...
