Apart from the mismatching decorations and some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, the hotel room was lovely. Huge rooms, enormous beds, The breakfast was amazing. So many different choices, freshly prepared and simply delicious! Hotel is not far from the town centre, i recommend taking a taxi as its pretty cheap. 5 Euros for 4 of us. Also parking is...

The hotel is a little outside the center, but not that far. For four of us we had an enormous room with five beds, a sofa, two armchairs and three balconies. There was a safe parking space, and what is the most important the staff was very nice and helpful

- upon check in at 6pm the bald man at the front desk was terribly rude and needs to rethink his career choices as he isn't fit to work in hospitality. - the beds are very hard - the sheets are all ripped and ragged - the shower doesn't have a connection to hold up the hose freely - the...

First of all I would suggest to trip advisor have the rating scale go down to zero, to give this hotel a one is far to generous. This hotel is a disaster! We found out that of the 90 hotel rooms only 5 have air conditioning and the one we were given the air conditioning didn't work. The rooms have...

I spent one night with my girlfriend in this hotel. It was nice, but nothing brilliant. The personnel was nice, the room was ok, maybe could use some restoration and the breakfast was good. It wasn't that expensive, but all in all it's average.

Hotel in a good location, it is not difficult to get to the center, or find him when they went to Sarajevo. The staff is very friendly and happy. Breakfast is excellent, on top of the hotel overlooking the entire city. The rooms are beautiful, clean and tidy. The bathroom is large with a tub. Wireless internet is free but...

One night we spend in hotel Italia felt like home. Staff was excellent. They are really trying to make sure you have everything you need. We had standard room and it is great value for money we paid. There was workers in building, improving rooms but didn't bother us.

“If you want balcony, maybe specially in summer. You need to ask on reception. Maybe is even better if you say on reception that you want room with view on the city. This you will have only from one site of the hotel. New part I think is across the road. You will see bridge in second floor to go to new part.”

“There's not a lot of noise to worry about per se. Though the train line is quite close trains are so infrequent it hardly makes a difference. The Adhan (call to prayer) from local mosque might be a bit alien to some but believe me it is quite calming of an evening.”
