It is under construction now so very annoying. The building is old.Rooms ara fine but storage limited to hanging clothes only. Very old TV, limited stations, disconnecting every 15 minutes. The breakfast is really very poor. The staff is very helpful. No Wi-Fi reception in the room I had. The cellular signal in the room weak and unstable. Almost impossible...

Our deluxe room was not ready on arrival as there was a water leakage from the above room. The room was old with old chattels and a rusty fridge. It was located near a noisy swimming pool area. People were swimming and making noises until 10 pm and front desk staff did not stop this even though we complained to them....

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few nights. Nice rooms, very comfortable bed, and the aircon was really good since Fiji is a very humid country. The hotel was close to public transport, buses, taxis which were parked outside the entrance, its also close to the city so you don't have to travel far. I loved the staff,...

This is not as advertised! The pictures are not accurate. It is overpriced and the floor in our room looked like it had not been swept or vacuumed in a long time. The worst: my daughter discovered bedbugs crawling on her at 2 in the morning. We had to switch rooms and when our booking agency requested the night be...

Despite some poor and deteriorating reviews over the last 18 months here's my input. I have stayed here off and on over the last 10 years. As a guest I haven't noticed any major improvements or deterioration in the property during this time. Some room types have been upgraded/modernised, but it's hit and miss whether you get the same standard...

I travelled solo to Fiji and stay two nights at the Peninsula Hotel. Firstly, the wifi is NOT free. How can they advertise free wifi and then charge wifi. The restaurant service was not that good. I was at a table and staff walked past me until i had to ask for water. If you see a guest waiting for...

We stayed here for three nights,I had no choice on this as it was a package with a sports team. The place is below average esp for travelling teams..the bedding was poor and the rollaway beds were a complete joke..some had to sleep three in a bed as they refused to sleep on the rollaway!! The standard of the rooms...

Stayed in the Superior Deluxe Room. Spa was broken, the CRT television turned its self off every 5 minutes. Bathroom had lots of live mould that you could smell in the room. Staff were aware of issues with the spa but failed to tell us upon arrival, still checked us into the room at full rate, and were rather unwilling...

I stayed at the Peninsula recently as a solo traveler in a standard room. The hotel is set about a 15 minute walk up the hill from the main city centre so the location is OK. Taxis to and from the centre cost only F$2-3. To access the room I had to go through a car park area and into...

I stayed here for 3 nights recently with my daughter. I had not heard good things about this Hotel, however all of the other Suva Hotels we normally stay at were booked, so we stayed here. The rooms are very small, though clean. The HK staff were attentive and helpful. The Customer Service in all other areas is virtually non-existent....
