We stayed in room 101 earlier this week. Room was clean, staff were helpful only problem was the air conditioning unit keeps going off. However staff fixed it and we enjoyed our stay. Hotel provides an airport shuttle which is an added bonus

We spent 3 different nights at the hotel. The advantage is it is at a walking distance from the airport, there is a free shuttle. The staff at the reception is not always helpful. The restaurant is so so and we were only 3 guests Once the had dinner at the Gateway hotel just beside and it was much more... More

unreliable manager hides himself in the office and tells staff to charge more than what is required, services are unsatisfactory and if you are booked online, they will take extra cash from you and if you are not willing to pay then they will say that rooms are unavailable. the lady duty manager was in inappropriate wear and was speaking... This would have to be the worst place I have ever stayed in! Not clean, horrible smell in room, wouldn't swim in the pool, pool area terrible, no wifi in room (they state there is) rude staff. The only positive is that is practically on the runway so very convenient if you need to be at the airport early. We... More

We were transiting to Suva on 23rd March night and stayed in the hotel only for couple hours. We booked over booking.com but when we arrived to the reception to check in, the receptionist demanded for more money saying booking.com rates are wrong and I had no option than to pay since I was tired of talking with her and... We stayed here after Cyclone Winston. I was just happy with having a place to stay with electricity and wifi in the lobby. We had an upgraded room because that's all that was left. The price was reasonable and when I asked for the room for another night due to a late flight, they only charged us for the day... More

Hey Guys, just spent over 2 hours on the phone with these people. They kept hanging up, when I demanded them for a refund. I booked for my boyfriend for a 3 night stay as he had to stop over to get a connecting flight to Apia(25/2/16) due to the cyclone. After arriving and him showing them the booking confirmation... Unfortunately I didn't have a very good experience here despite the good reviews. After a long journey, there was only 1 person at reception which meant check-in took a LOOOOONG time, there was no parking which I'd pre-booked. Rooms are not bad but bathroom is dated and glass window of shower door still showing scum from how many people before... More
