We loved the communal and shared living at Aremango BUT if that's not your idea of fun then perhaps a resort is for you? Shared facilities aren't always (actually never) spotlessly clean. We thought the shared kitchen and facilities are great with everything you need to prepare your own meals. Although mainly younger people staying there are also some 'older'...

2 things are important to me in regards to accomendation; location & cleanliness. Aremango nailed the location part, but failed (big time) when it came to cleaning. The place has in fact a great potential, but sadly the lack of maintenance shines through (hammocks are full of mold, the garden is not taken care of etc). The shared facilities were...

I stayed at Aremango Guesthouse twice in September 2015: once on arriving at the island, and a second time passing back through on my way elsewhere. Both times I stayed in a room with a private garden/deck, but to be honest the main garden at Aremango is lovely too (hammocks!). It was a nice laid-back place: Brendon and other staff...

This guesthouse located in Muri area and very accesible with public transport. It's clean and equipped with kitchen, refrigerator which is very useful. To go to the beach you have to walk for a very short distance(only 1 minute) To find a restuarant and supermarket also just a short walk from this place

We spent 5 nights at Aremango's and liked it. The location is good, close to shops and the Muri night market. Nice beach area, although guesthouse has no beach view (1' walk). Not swimmable at low tide, but there's an area quite nearby where swimming is possible throughout the day. Shared facilities such as kitchen, porch, garden are nice and...

We recently had a lovely stay at this guesthouse. It was for my partners birthday and was pleased with all aspects of the stay. A bonus for us was that there were only ever 4 other guests during our stay which made it so peaceful. The beach is about a minute walk from the guesthouse and wow when we were...

Very nice place to stay, you can get your own small backyard, with a hot water shower and hammock (room 4 is nice). There is snorkel gear available, and a kayak (however this was leaking, which we realized 200 meters out into the water). Very nice people, mostly couples. A great kitchen with complementary tea/coffee and avocados which can also...

We stayed here for 8 nights, in a garden room. This is a well priced property, in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and a food night market within walking distance, the guest house has awesome hosts - Kelly & Brendon! I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling to the Cook Islands.

This guesthouse is a nice small place with only 10 rooms The location(Muri) is excellent. Near the night market and a 10 minute walk the the famous snorkeling "place fruits of Rarotonga" The facilities are okay. One problem on island are the infrastructure so it's not easy to update anything because there is nothing to buy The rooms are large...
