We spent 3 nights at Laperez. The location was great and Santiago the manager was ever so helpful. The breakfast was really good and the room we had was very large. It was a bit cold as it was winter but the ambience was lovely. Santiago showed us inside the restaurant he runs a couple of doors down. Though we... More

I ended up booking for even longer, this bed and breakfast is excellent! The rooms with the garden view are less expensive and very quiet. With Netflix in the living room this is like a second home. Two supermarkets and laundry service are nearby.

We spent 2 nights in La Perez and really enjoyed it. Rooms are well equipped and clean, breakfast is good and they got Netflix. Santy is always there for you and helps with everything. Would recommend it anytime

We read some reviews about the place but we thought they are exaggerating, but unfortunately all of them were right. The B&B has no hot water and the quantity of water is not enough for a shower. They got just some rooms, two of them in the garden, more quiet but one of them very humid and with a bad... More

Friendly people, a very good breakfast, a "living room" for everybody to read and/ or use WiFi which is really very nice. Overall top, also for couples, because the rooms are nice and quiet. Good design in the whole B&B. And just down the street you will find the old harbor market with nice restaurants. Especially good for people who... More

From beginning to end, LaPerez disappoints. The Home is in a dicey neighborhood and "sign" on facade is size of credit card. Once inside, the whitewashed walls do have original oils. However, you might notice that TV, phone, microwave, Hot water and clean towels are lacking. Here, toast is considered as breakfast. As you exit, you learn from owner that credit... More

Agreed on the sillyness of the first review, obviously they didn't go inside or read the welcome email that states: One important thing to note: Our house is a capital asset and so its facade can not be modified, should only be restored to its original state and is currently in very poor state their appearance, we are on the... The only othernreview posted on Tipr Advisor for Laperez is quite ridiculous-sorry. If you'll notice, they never even entered the B&B.Had they even glanced inside they would have found a clean, charming and very artistic environment that reminded us of certain parts of bohemian New York. I highly recommend this little place. The owners are artists, very welcoming and helpful-... More
