We stayed in Montevideo and when we stayed here we immediately booked the remaining days of our vacation here. The staff was friendly and helpful, no language issues. Parking was on site and security before entering property was comforting. Hotel was convenient to airport and also multiple directions to other areas.

I stayed for a couple of weeks and enjoyed it. It is a new hotel and the rooms are large and modernly equipped. The grounds are very well taken care of. Details like the solar panels make a good impression. I would have liked more things on the menu at the restaurant. Also a walking trail would be good. The surroundings are appealing but it's hard to know where you are allowed to go and where you are trespassing. Zonamerica next door is like a fortress. For transportation you can use the DM1 bus to go to Montevideo but to get to the station you have to walk 1 kilometer or request the shuttle to the entrance of Zonamerica where the bus stop is. There are also buses on Ruta 8 which you can take to town or to the next station where there is a Disco (supermarket). A ride one way to and from the hotel in a taxi to downtown Montevideo is about 300 pesos ($15 dollars). At night you can see lots of stars. There are really great panoramic views from all the upper floor rooms. The air smells of country fields and you can hear several cocks crowing at dawn.

it is really very nice hotel, quiet, clean.
There is a little story. We booked this hotel by my parnter in Uruguay, price is USD140.but we checked tripadvisor,it is only USD109.After dscussing this issue with hotel, hotel promised USD109 is OK.
This hotel is too far to downtown.Hotel has shuttle bus between downtown and hotel.
Everyday night 20:00 departure,23:00 back to hotel.
If you often go to downtown and no car, please consider carefully.

We spent 4 nights here as a base for exploring central Uruguay. The impression is that it is more of a business than a tourist hotel due to accessibility to both the airport and Zonamerica (business park). It is not so easy to find if driving - Google maps directed us to a side entrance, the gate of which was heavily padlocked. Our room was fabulous - large with two huge and comfortable beds and the bathroom was clean and modern. I suspect the emphasis, apart from business, is on groups. Our fellow guests included three visiting sevens rugby teams (from Portugal, Jamaica and Tonga). They were no trouble but it seemed the hotel prioritised their needs at the expense of individual travellers. At the same time a children’s summer camp was based at the hotel and they monopolised the pool for much of the mornings. The pool is OK but not as big as it looks in the photos. Breakfast and the lunch/dinner menus were satisfactory rather than exceptional. In the evening there are limited opportunities to eat elsewhere in the vicinity. Management standards could be improved - more attention to the pool area e.g. provision of umbrellas during the day should be automatic and the water was not totally clean. Housekeeping needed chasing for various items and staff’s level of English was limited. Probably better for a business trip than a holiday.

Stayed there several times during the last 5 years.
Maybe because of the Covid related problems service and cleanliness (in the public areas and pool) got worse although one would have expected the opposite with so few guests. Breakfast still very good and the closeness to Zonamerica and the airport a big plus. Decoration in the rooms still lacking. In sum, more attention to details are necessary.

Hotel personnel go the extra mile to make you feel confortable, specially Jose and Armando where very helpful.
Saly the hotel owner does not care for the customer. It is more like a stay for peole that will be at s wedding or party. So do not spect to rest Thursday, Friday and Satruday night.
Parking is free but these days mentioned above there will not be any.
I will not recommend this hotel foe your visit business or pleasure.
Towels had holes and shower was nasty.
It need a big deal of improvement and quietness is not part of their priorities.
Internet is slow. Breakfast was ok but thw coffee was horrible.

Stayed for the fourth time in this hotel and certainly for the last time! Unfriendly and unresponsive staff. Lacking cleanliness. Frayed carpets. Waiting 15 minutes for someone to show up at the reception! Unprofessional personnel, broken fixtures etc etc

Several years coming to this hotel and unfortunately it is not getting better.
The price is on the high side what is offered. For example poor attitude of the staff, elevator not working, bare white walls without any decoration. Many small things not working…general lack of interest by staff or understaffed.Positive: Very complete breakfast.

Great quiet and relaxing place to stay near the airport. We had an early flight out of MVD and chose to stay at this hotel. Reception was friendly and professional. Our room was large, clean and modern, with a beautiful view of the pool and countryside and a nice cozy bed with lots of soft pillows (with a comforter!). This was also the only hotel during our four week trip with small bath towels! The hotel isn't close to any restaurants or entertainment, so the free shuttle to some dining options in the Carassco area was very convenient.

My only critiques are that the grout around the bath tub was full of black mildew and some minor stains on the duvet cover...pretty gross, but below par housekeeping seems like a trend here during our stay in Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay. The front desk agent at 5am (who just woke up from a nap), also provided my husband with horrible instructions to the airport, which nearly caused us to miss our flight. Besides this, we still enjoyed our stay and would love to return to this hotel if we need to be close to MVD.
