Hot water, and big showers. I took a group of 43 high school students and sponsors. The hotel was very helpful and made sack lunches for the early morning train. They also let us leave luggage for our bus driver to pick up later.

We had to stay here on short notice because of a strike that hit the Sacred Valley of Peru. Our travel group thought it best if we were close to the train station in Ollantaytambo for an easy exit the next morning. This hotel is within a few minutes walk of the station and also the main sites in Ollantaytambo....

The hotel is near to the main square, in the old town, only a few minutes on foot from the montain where stands the Inka’s temple. The view from the rooms opened to the other montain where also stand some interesting old buildings built by inkas. The rooms are moderns, commodious and comfortables with a beautiful bathroom. . This was a clean, warm hotel with hot water. Very convenient location, walking distance to everything. The scenery from the room window was lovely. The breakfast in the morning was not the best, a bit slow to keep up with the food and coffee. There are a couple of GOOD coffee shops close to the hotel.

The entrance to this hotel is not wheelchair accessible that I could see. The premises are kept well maintained, it is clean and the food is tasty. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I am not going to complain about the Wi Fi because I was not there for that, but I did...

The location is close to the city center and it is an easy walking path to reach in case you are with a lot of luggage. The lady at the reception was super nice -- she put a blanket for me to use as I arrived very early way before my check in time. It was during the 48hrs strike...

We stayed here for only one night, but I wish I had stayed in Ollantaytambo for another. The hotel appears to be newer and is clean and spacious. The staff/owners were very friendly and helpful as well. Plus, this hotel offers a good breakfast included in the price.

We were the only guests during our stay in April, but that didn't do anything on the friendly personnel. They were very helpful with every request, including internet. It did not work in the room when we arrived, but that was fixed in the evening. We had a take-away lunch for our visit to Machu Pichu. Simple but nice! The...
