I was traveling with a big group and was assigned a room with three beds. The room was still spacious enough that we had enough room. The bathroom was clean and the shower was strong and hot. The restaurant offered free breakfast, consisting of eggs, cereals, breads, jams, fresh fruit, coffee, teas and fresh juices. It was a comfortable, clean...

Good value, bit dated but pleasant. We enjoyed a large room with jacuzzi bath. Bedding was clean and good. Large balcony with furniture and beautiful views of mountains. Excellent location for train station. Minutes away. Breakfast good choice of fruit, cereals and scrambled eggs and few hot choices.

Room is cozy with bathroom, Andean colours and a new feeling. Check-in was a breeze and when I returned the hostess remembered my room number. About a 5 minute walk from the main street so not noisy after 6pm add they are building additional units and I certainly can hear that from my room. Clean premises. Picture is from my...

2 min walk to the train station ready for Machu Picchu. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and we had a very large room with a lovely hot shower. As we were leaving on the 06.10 train, we were given a breakfast pack which had enough food for 4 in lieu 2. You are also able to leave luggage...

Stayed here one night as part of a tour group. The room was basic but clean and spacious. The bathroom had a shower cabinet with plenty of hot water. The hotel is situated around 5 minutes walk from the main square and has views out across the hills. It offered a peaceful nights sleep before an early start on the...

After 10 days in the rainforest and getting up everyday at 5.00am we needed a bit of downtime and Tunupa Lodge was just the place . Friendly , helpful staff and a view of the ancient fortress from the balcony - perfect for a bottle or two of Cusquena . The hotel is perfectly located - on the road to...

Decent sized rooms which were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small but clean and well equipped - although there is no hairdryer. WiFi was okay but struggled at some points. The best part of this lodge is the views. The views of the mountains were breathtaking! Great place to sit outside and spend the evening. Several alpacas roam the...

Great location! Not too far from the train station and closer, walking to town.Wandering the town was terrific - not to be missed! Sit in the town square, have a beverage or food and just unlax, see the ruins, or shop? Lovely. Great town. The room was exceptionally clean and quite comfortable - more than expected, particularly at that price...

Comfortable hotel that is walking distance from the main square and from the Ollantaytambo train station. Great views of the nearby ruins and on a clear day you can see the glaciers surrounding the Sacred Valley. There were a few alpacas (including a baby!) roaming the grounds. Staff is friendly and attentive.

One can admire the historic site from the hotel gardens but beside the view there is no other reason to go to this hotel. The rooms are basic and the bathrooms need remodeling. The breakfast is also nothing special. The good thing is that it is located next to the station which is convenient to take the train to Machu Picchu.
