I stayed here for 3 nights and it was so peaceful, with a beautiful view of the mountains and Ollantaytambo ruins opposite. Too many buses pass through the town on the way to Machu Picchu which overlook what this pretty little village has to offer! The breakfasts were so filling

This is by far my favorite place we stayed during our trip to Peru. The staff really sets this place apart and makes it special. They were so incredible, accommodating and helpful - this place is "pura vida" !

We booked online to stay and quickly received an email to confirm reservation and pay 20% deposit. however when I emailed to request the offer of paypal request to assist us to pay we have received no email back after 1 week. Is this usual because we are not staying till April.,
We booked through Expedia and paid by C/Card. There were no problems with our booking. Iskay was a great place to stay.

My wife are planning to stay two nights in April 11-13. Then we plan to stay two nights at Machu Picchu, but because we cannot take too much luggage on the train, could we leave our baggage for two days at the hotel and come and collect it on April 15 morning? We plan to go to Cuzco on April 15.
Hi i am Manuel Iskay Manager, about your question; you can leave your baggage with us for all thhe time that you need. kind regards

Do you know if Hostal Iskay offers early check-in? My wife and another couple will fly into Cusco at 615am in July, and would love to take a taxi to Ollantaytambo to arrive around 8am and rest a bit before we visit some of the ruins in the town.
hi, Brina was right, it depends on the availability of their rooms. kind regards Manuel Lastarria Iskay Manager
