We had to change rooms because our first room was filled with Mosquitos. The second room we were given was on the top floor and was better but we still got eaten alive. It's very gloomy and they don't have lights on in common areas during the day (very sustainable but a bit bleak). One of the receptionists was sweet...

This is a really cool looking hotel. The rooms are clean and there is lots of hot water. I stayed there after a 3N/4D trek on the Inca Trail so it was a relief to have a good bed and clean bathroom. The included breakfast was really good too. My only disappointment was that the hot tub was not filled...

Excellent in every respect. Large, comfortable room. Great bathroom and shower. Reasonably priced. Great location, off the plaza and close to the bus to Machu Picchu. Helpful, friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffet, served from 5:00 am. Several cool common areas. Great view. Highly recommended.

This hotel really works, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are large, comfortable beds, they have hot running water, a small pool, a storage room for your luggage when you head up to Machu Picchu and is conveniently located in Aguas Calientes.

We did the one day Inca trail hike and this was our overnight lodging. The hotel is clean and friendly. It is very close to the main plaza, so very easy walk to the markets aand restaurants of AC. I would definitely use this hotel again.

I stayed here one night after my 4 day trek to Machu Picchu. It was An amazing place to stay after having not showered for 4 days. I had the best shower there. Water pressure and temperature were the best. The rooms were great and in a great location central to the small town of aguas caliente. Close to the...

Nicely located hotel but the staffs seemed little bit confused. I didin't understand why upon my arrival, I was offered a smaller room in spite of the fact that I had paid for better and larger room. Second, they didn't do room service and it took a while for the staffs to understand when I asked for clean towels. They...

Gringo Bills was a cozy spot in a great location just off the main square of Aguascalientes. Our room had a wonderful view and the staff was quite helpful and accomodating. The chef in the restaurant had a great personality and was, more importantly, a good cook.

This hotel had been recommended to us and didn't disappoint. It seemed to have quite a range of possibly rooms - ours was a "honeymoon suite" I believe - not sure why but it was very comfortable,, not super big but more than adequate; the bathroom could do with a fan as the paint of ceiling was mouldy but it...

We ended up with no room at another hostel because of a communication gap during our booking. But the staff at Gringo Bills was super friendly and helped us book the room without a problem. The rooms were clean and nice with a wonderful view. The common areas were great (with coffee, tea, TV, books etc) to rest up after...
