This is a basic hotel based right on one of the main roads in Lima so it is a little noisy but the location is good for walking into the Historic Centre and Chinatown/local markets are nearby. I wouldn't recommend walking around at night as it is not the safest neighbourhood but during the day we had no issues. We...

The hotel isn't expensive and despite being shabby, it has a certain charm to it. Our room and private bathroom were clean and the staff were friendly. On initial inspection, we thought the location was bad as we arrived at night and there was no-one except dodgy looking men in the Streets, but during the day the area is fine,...

We had 3 nights stay in the hotel The hotel had no wifi service in the rooms the room was bordering the main street . The noise and gas fumes from the main street was so intense it was almost impossible to sleep late in the morning and sleep early at night the cleaning staff was good we got clean...

The building can be old and only 1 star, but is a really cute place to go, really beautiful, near plaza de armas (10min walk) and the staff was very Nice and helpful! I recommend this place if you go to lima and want to sleep in the center of the city

This hotel has a nice, old world vibe. Courtyard is lovely and the room was actually really cute (considering the price). Location was central, but on a loud and busy street. The biggest problem for me was that the guy at the desk was so rude. He was intentionally challenging to deal with and really colored my experience negatively. This hotel...

This hotel is a dump, the worst place I have ever stayed. When we left the place was being fumigated and disinfected by order of the authorities. It should be condemned. It may have been a grand hotel in its hey day but it is no more. The bathrooms are nothing short of disgusting.

Cheap rooms $13/night, but no hot water. Conveniently central, 3 blocks to the cathedral, a lot of open public space, retro decoration, looks worn out but price is unbeatable. Feels like being in a palace in decay but it has its charm. Did not feel unsafe. Cheapest room do not have bath or tv (but who needs one when traveling?)...

Very Center of Lima is not an advantage.. Very noisy, dirty, nice manager but the receptionist was very impatient and rude. The shower was so dirty we cleaned it with a towel. The charged us $10 US FOR DIRTYING A TOWEL. The toilet seat was broken and the TV looked like black sabbath had played football with it. Unless you are...

You need to take into consideration this is a 1 star hotel - so do not have high expectations. However, it was perfect for me: I only wanted an area close to the historical center, a clean bed and a very clean bathroom - and I got that. Very friendly staff, very helpful, one of them spoke English. The furniture...

Friendly staff, cheap but comfortable enough! We stayed two nights and was very good to walk around the whole historical centre of lima! We wouldn't mind to go back there! The center was very safe and we recommend to judge yourself and not be influence by negative people who just wanna take you to other hotels!
