I stayed for a couple nights in Lima at this hotel and it was a great experience. I was coming from Cusco where I had awful experiences at hotels and people here made my stay in Lima better. It's clean, people who works there is really nice and the location can't be better.

We arrived to this hotel not expecting much. But the owner was a lovely man gave us a cheap price, the room was beautiful, clean and modern. We told the owner we were leaving at 4.30am to catch a flight. He was up and waiting out the front to hail down a taxi for us. Very lovely thanks again

The location was great in Miraflores. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet! There is a lot to do in Miraflores that is walking distance from the location which made it a good place to stay. The price was a little high for peru, but the location and quiet hotel made up for it.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights. The owner sorted pick up from the airport for us late at night which was good. Overall the location was really good, close to the beach and the Main Street with all the shops. Room was a good size along with a comfy bed. It also wasn't very noisey. The kitchen...

We arrived after 1am by bus and was checked in without any issues. The room was very comfortable with a fridge and tv with English channels. It is in a good area with an easy walk to some nice restaurants.

The location is in a nice part of town and easy to get around. Overall, we liked the room. It had everything we needed- comfortable bed, shower, towels and was clean. In fact, the one negative is it really smelled like bleach when we first came in. We opened the window during the day and aired out the room which...

Quite hard to communicate being English to the owner after arriving at midday. The hotel is a bit overpriced for what it is, a boutique hotel it is not, more of a guesthouse. Room was decent size and comfy and bathroom was ok. The pool is shocking and more of a bath with the size of it but the hotel...

We changed to F1 Hotel Boutique from a relative bad hostel closed-by, so it was sort of last minute deal. F1 Hotel Boutique was nice, friendly staff, room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were supposed to check in at 13:00, but we arrived at 08:00, hoped to drop our luggage and walked around. The hotel was very...

“There are two large rooms which are advertised at $45 per person but the cost is $90 per night whether you are one or two people. There are dormitory style rooms which had beds that were too short for my brother who is about 6' 2". I would definitely want one of the large rooms if I stay here again.”
