The best part is the staff , who was very friendly and helpful. The down side is the hostel itself. The room had a very strong smell of mold - everything was old and unmaintained, thus dirty - the place could be a top tier accommodation but for now it's falling apart. A total makeover is really necessary.

A little bit expensive for the place. But clean, people are nice. No lockers in the rooms (but possibility to give important stuff at the reception). Internet (the computer) wasn't working during 1 month there. Nice breakfast, table-tennis table, babyfoot, hammacs, kitchen.

I spend several times in Malka and I enjoyed every time. The staff is friendly, kitchen available for cooking. Its clean and peacefull. Nice backgarden. Breakfast is included. Open 24 hours per day. Its location is very central, so easy to go in Lima centre or to Miraflores and Barranco to go out

Positives: They arranged a taxi pick-up from the airport for 20soles, which was great. The front entry system was very safe - you had to be buzzed in through a high locked gate. The lady who we think was the manager was very friendly and helpful and spoke English. The next morning she helped us hail a taxi and set...

I arrived late in Lima with some friends of mine. We all booked a longer Peru trip and where all really excited about all the places we would visit. However, we arrived late at night in Lima and arrived at the hostel around 10:30pm. We where all very tired, so after we got our eight mans room we just felt...

Nice place in a very quiet street. Staff member are nice, helpful and there is a peaceful garden with hammocks. I was in a double rooms, very basic (one bed and one fan, that's all !) but it was clean and I stayed only one night before catching a flight. I don't know if I could have stayed more nights...

There was not majorly wrong with it, except for the dirty sheets, and dead cockroach that was in the bathroom and not cleaned away for three nights we stayed there. It had breakfast included which included nice coffee, bread, jam, butter and fruit, not enough to be full but not too bad.the bed next to oura was infested with termites....

From my former experiences in Lima I was very surprised to come into such a nice, calm hostel with a beautiful backyard and a big green park just around the corner. Lying in the hammock in the yard of this save hostel you can comfortably chill out from a long day around in Lima. The friendly hostel stuff is very...

We stayed here for 4 nights earlier this week after arriving on a long flight from NZ. Anna Maria was there to pick us up from the airport as arranged. She was very friendly and chatty with us whilst pointing out highlights of the area as we drove through. (This cost 50soles) Erica on reception was lovely and spoke good...
