Big hotel. Room was clean with two large beds. No view as such. Bathroom was clean and large. Shampoo and conditioner supplied but no shower gel. Be careful when you leave your passport at reception: they gave mine to somebody else and were no help at all in trying to retrieve it. We had to ask everyone in the lobby...

We arrived late at night and were allocated a room at the front of the hotel. The AC was inadequate and the traffic noise from the road outside was totally unacceptable as it continued throughout the night. The accommodation was adequate but no coffee in room. When we queried the staff they confirmed that they supplied tea but no coffee...

We arrived late as our flight from Paris was delayed. Everything was very well organised. There is nothing to complain about. It is a triumph of bland. Two days later we had to look at photos to remind us. Nothing to complain about. Nothing to feature. Clean. Polite. Everything you would expect.

Very pleasant stay, good modern hotel located in safe city district of Miraflores. Welcome drinks of pisco sour were a nice surprise for us as tourists. Kitchen is just great, breakfast offers great many options to choose from including mini chocolate cakes of superb quality. We had lunch there twice as well and both times our meals were delicious. Reception staff could...

We spent 4 nights at this hotel while vacationing in Peru. The hotel is located in Miraflores district, which is one of the safest and cleanest areas in Lima. You can walk to the beach and parks in 10-15 minutes. Larcomar mall is also 10 minute walk from the hotel. There are many shops, restaurants and casinos within short distance....

The hotel is located a 13 min walk from the beach and among many restaurants, shops , markets , post office, banks and other facilities . The staff is kind. I remember one in particular called Esaud, doorman , who was the 1th to happily introduce us the neighborhood .

LATAM Airlines provided my wife and I with a room at San Agustin Exclusive after they rescheduled our connecting flight to the following morning. We'd spent the past 27 hours flying, so by the time we got to the hotel we were pretty fatigued. The hotel itself was fantastic, the room was enormous and had a king sized bed awaiting...

An ok place to stay. Clean! Friendly and helpful staff. Basic accommodation, a few issues with water pressure & temp. They have a 24 hour bar but I think she has a lot of other responsibilities as she was not often there. We were there as part of a tour. If you are looking for something simple and clean this...

We stayed at this hotel in the minaflores tourist district of lima at the start and the end of our trip to Peru courtesy of llama travel. We were really impressed with the variety at the buffet breakfast. The first visit we commented on the fact it was a good sized room with a large double bed. We did have...

My wife and I stayed here for one night on 22nd October after our flight from the UK. We then toured Peru before staying at this hotel again for the last two nights of our holiday, on 2nd and 3rd November. Our first room had the biggest bathroom I have ever had in a hotel anywhere in the world! I...
