We liked the welcoming in the hotel as our first night in Peru. Friendly staff and very helpful with all it needs (what always remained was the form filling at each and every hotel but that is regulation). Clean and functional rooms, we noticed is an asset.

Stayed here at the end of a 3 week holiday in South America. Room was spacious and clean and had a very nice bathroom. The luxury was nice, as we'd just come from Cuzco having done the Inca Trail. Breakfast was good too. Only downside was the rude bellboy. When we arrived with large rucksacks on our backs, he seemed...

Stayed 2 nights at La Hacienda bookending our trip to Peru. It is a very nice and elegant hotel. The room is clean and very comfortable. It was also the only hotel during our stay that had air conditioning. Modern amenities and marbled shower. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was nice with made to order omelets....

While beginning a tour of Peru we arrived at La Hacienda very late at night. Check in was very easy but since there was only one elevator it took a little while to get up to our room on the 8th floor. We had a room that was a very good size and clean. We had a breakfast buffet the...

Many chain hotels are cookie cutter. This hotel had an authentic Peruvian feel to it. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was quite large. We had a generous breakfast. The front office clerks were very helpful. On the day we were checking out , we had a surprise, the power went out in the middle of breakfast. Since it...

I stay in this hotel a few days ago, it was really amazing, all the hotel staff was very friendly and they help you anytime you need something. The breakfast was very tasty, they have a lot of options to eat, and all the waiters are very profesional. The hotel room was very clean and quiet, anything we need we...

Behind the Colonial Spanish foyer fireplace and bar lurks a hotel very much in need of refurbishment. I think they care about their Casino next door. The rooms are basic and old. Our top floor suite was awful, a generator on the roof banged away all night. No basics you expect for over US$250 a night like bathrobes and slippers....

Hotel has authentic artifacts throughout. A wood burning fire burns during the evening. A bar is Alcatel in the lobby. Wait staff are efficient. Breakfast included inlets made to order. Rooms are clean and beautifully decorated.

The room was very ordinary and small with the whole property built with country style feel. The breakfast area was very small and crowded and the food choices very limited and ordinary. I was expecting Peruvian dishes but the western style breakfast is unappealing at all, good thing we stayed only for a few hours. There are nearly hotels like...

The rooms were very small and the hotel just seems old. The breakfast buffet was pretty bad too. The wifi was fine and the beds were comfortable enough although there was no space to walk in there as it felt like a maze, the gym was pretty good with basic stuff, one treadmill and one old elliptical and a universal...
