Martha, our daughter Eva, and I are currently staying at Residencial Miraflores B&B for an 11-day vacation & family visit in Lima. February, of course, is summer in Peru, with daily highs in the mid-80s F (about 30 C). What a wonderful surprise to find that Ana Maria (owner-manager-hostess) and her husband Mauricio, have just installed air conditioning units (December...

We (a group of 5 women) stayed with Ana and Mauricio in mid-January for what was supposed to be a 2 night stay. We were scheduled to fly to Cusco but after attempting to land 3x they turned our plane around and we ended up landing back in Lima at 930pm. We were frantic as we had no place to...

The B&B is home originality constructed in the 1880's that the owners live in and have been upgrading for the last 10 years. The rooms are large, with wood floors, and high ceilings. My room had space for a table and 2 chairs, a couch, a stand alone dresser and TV, besides the bed. The beds are comfortable, there are...

Residencial Miraflores was a perfect place to stay while in Lima. It is located in the Miraflores neighbourhood, in a residencial area close to several good restaurants. The house is an old home, refurbished with lots of sky lights, but maintaining the charm of the old house. The high ceiling in our room, the traditional furniture, and the most confortable...

A well-located guesthouse with Ana the perfect host from the moment we arrived. She lent us bikes to cycle along the Malecon (promenade) through Miraflores, Barranco and Chorillos, gave us great restaurant and bar recommendations on both nights we stayed and arranged transport to and from the airport (USD20 each way). Room was a great size with an extremely comfortable...

We started and ended our month-long trip to Peru at Residencial Miraflores, and it was great. Ana Maria was extremely helpful right from first contact. She arranged for a driver meet us at the airport, which was very welcome in the middle of the night. The BnB itself is in a 130 year old home in Miraflores, which makes it somewhat...

Conveniently located in Miraflores and well-appointed rooms with a nice breakfast, this hotel has everything you need. However, the owner Ana Maria is one of the nicest and most helpful people you will ever meet. She has a thorough understanding of both Peruvian travel logistics and what travelers need, and is SO HELPFUL! This place became my home base as...

This is a grand old style house with high ceilings and furnished accordingly. Staff were helpful, but of the 3 we encountered only the Ana spoke good English, not that I think my lack of Spanish should be a fault of theirs. The wi fi was good without being good enough for uploads. Shower pressure in our room was weak...
