We had a fabulous room on the 30th floor that had a great view. The room was spacious; the bathroom had double sinks, a large tub, separate shower & a separate toilet room. Despite being on the top floor, the elevators (4 in number) arrived very quickly. We ate all meals in the hotel dining room: the food was very good. The staff was friendly & most accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was all very clean.

The hotel was gorgeous, the decor was modern and rich in culture. We only got to stay there two night but it made an impression on us. We got in a 2am and the staff was not only so welcoming, but made sure we didn't have to lift a finger. They grabbed our bags for us and made our check in process easy and fast. We had to leave at 6am the next morning and they had breakfast to-go ready for us in individually packed boxes with fresh coffee and juices to go.

The hotel was very clean and the beds very soft. They even offered extra hotel in-room amenities (i.e. a lavender roll on, hand sanitizer, cotton balls, etc).

Would definitely recommend Westin Lima to be a place to help make your stay in Peru extra special!

We spent 5 days at the Westin, when the Peruvian government closed the borders because of Covid-19. We of course were very stressed, and this could have been an awful situation. But this beautiful place, with it's large bedrooms, wonderful baths, great bay windows overlooking the city made it not just tolerable, but almost enjoyable! The staff could not have been nicer or kinder, finding ways to make our stay nice. For instance, since the gym had to be closed, they moved some of the equipment to the outside terrace, so that we could still use it. The food they made was really good, and the staff was so kind and calm that it would have been hard to remain stressed.... I just can't praise the hotel, the location or the staff enough!

We recently spent 1 night at the Westin in San Isidro and enjoyed our stay. We live in Lima and wanted somewhere where we could go swimming and enjoy some time together as a family. The staff was all very friendly and always greeted us with a smile - even going out of their way to talk to our 5 year old son and use his name. Our room was on the 25th floor, on a corner of the building which provided great views over the city of Lima. The staff had put a kid sized robe and slippers in our room, which our son loved to use to go down to the pool which we visited a couple times. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. We will definitely be back for a future stay!

We ended up booking the Westin during our trip after not being impressed at the JW which we stayed at before heading to Cusco. They were wonderful with arranging our transportation from/to the airport as well as providing a car to do a short city tour (sadly, we missed the Plaza de Armas as areas of the street were closed off due to the elections).

The food here was wonderful and the staff at the restaurant were super kind and accommodating.

Our room was very clean and spacious, and whatever amenities we requested were brought up very promptly.

We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Lima :)

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are modern and very spacious. Check in was efficient. We were upgraded to a beautiful room and a plate of sweets was waiting for us. The workout room is large and very well equipped.

But the highlight for us was the staff. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. The concierge staff averted a crisis by finding a shop that sold water shoes which I accidentally left home. This ensured that the remainder of our trip to the Amazon and Galapagos are pain free.

My husband and I travel a lot and have not stayed at many Westin Hotels. As a result of this fabulous experience we will be staying with them in the future.

I didn't mind paying extra for all the amenities offered on the website. I was looking for the exclusivity and privacy of the business lounge access. However, when I arrived I was informed that the business lounge was closed due to COVID-19. Instead, the breakfast was going to be offered at the room and the common restaurant located on the first floor previous reservation. (That made it difficult to receive guests and conduct business breakfast). The restaurant was always busy, the hotel guest did not have any priorities over other visitors.

The hotel decoration is modern and elegant, but the ambiance is terrible. As I was checking in, call girls were going in into the rooms. I do not expect that from an exclusive hotel. The next night as I was coming back to the hotel, people were drunk in the main lobby, some even sleeping on a bench inside the lobby. It sure didn't look like a five-star hotel.

The room was clean, but the bathroom fixture are starting to show some age.

The restaruant Maras was terrible. (I just provided a separate review on that).
The Market restaurant is noisy, limited buffet and although the service was courteous and friendly, it was not up to the standards. I felt embarrassed in front of my guest when they brought the dish that I requested from the buffet area, but no silverware, napkins, etc... The plate stayed there getting cold. Just terrible. I called the manager, and he just apologize under the excuse that they were busy.

I have stayed many times before at this hotel. I have witnessed a severe deterioration in the quality of the service at this Westin. overall it is a disappointment.

Dear thelmot, First of all, I want to thank you for choosing us for your stay in Lima and also for using this medium to share details of your recent experience with us We regret not having been able to extend you with a quality experience. However, no concerns were registered or filed with the staff during your stay that would have allowed us to take immediate action to address the issues you raise. As you cite, some of our services continue to be affected by the new protocols in place due the pandemic situation in the world, of course this situation is no excuse for the failure of the quality of service offered by our staff. Customarily we make every effort to make our guest enjoy a pleasant and exclusive experience. Be certain that we are taking all your observations seriously and will be analyzed to mend all areas that require improvement. We are concerned about your comment regarding the atmosphere in the Bar area since this facility closes sharply at 23:00 and we have a strong policy against serving intoxicated patrons. Again, no reports were filed with the staff and therefore we have no way of tracing the incidents you relate. Finally, in reviewing our files we find no record of you staying in our hotel in the last few years which would have helped us in offering you a more personalized stay at our hotel. We hope you decide to trust our hospitality in the near future. Best regards, Karen Gersman Hotel Manager

It is a new hotel, so rooms are still shining. They are very spacious. There all types of amenities. Breakfasts are a bit standard, no local dishes to try. The personel is very nice and responsive. You could use Netflix on the room TV, but the remote was not fully compatible with a smart TV-set.

Excellent hotel, just as advertised.
Took us well over an hour to reach this hotel on a Saturday afternoon. Back to airport was within an hour. Hotel taxi which toke us back to airport was significant higher priced then airport taxi.
Hotel was as expected based on the reviews. Breakfast buffet was great. For dinner it sometimes took long when it was busy. Restaurant staff went the extra mile to provide the service. They sleep at the hotel, so they become familiar with you if you stay a longer period. Swimming pool is open from 6:00 am and starting the morning with a swim was great. Did not try the SPA services. As hotel guest you can rent the bikes at no costs. Biking on Sunday morning to the coast at Mira Floris is a must. There are bike lanes (Ciclovia) and they even close roads for cars so the people can bike, run etc on the entire road. Chain of the bike was a bit loose and fell off, but was able to fix it.
Hotel room was spacious and great. Only minus was the chair at the work desk, wasn’t really an office chair. But this will only be an issue if you make long hours working at the desk.
A short walk will bring you to some ships, a supermarket and a foodcourt.
Staff is very professional; speak good english, helpful and discrete.
In summary: this hotel is great, but also expensive.
