Because of the illness, we ate more meals in the Limeno Bistro (one of the restaurants) than we had planned, and it is excellent. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety of very high quality foods, both local Peruvian and more American or European. I strongly recommend including breakfast with your stay. The dinners have a local flavor, with fresh seafood very well prepared even for someone raised on high quality fish.
And the cost for this is reasonable. You might pay more for a not great hotel room in New York or DC, and the food is certainly much more reasonably priced and of higher quality. This may be the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

All the service at Isidro Bistro was the best and the Christmas tea time buffet was delicious. Christopher was very friendly and always attentive to the service of our table. The Hyatt Centric in Lima exceeded our expectations. We stayed for a night at the end of our trip after trekking many days and it was the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation that we needed. The room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also large and very clean too. It had nice bathrobes and the shower was large with great water pressure. Outside the room, the gym and personal sauna were nice touches and the rooftop bar and pool are nice areas too.
The staff is really what enhanced our experience. Abel was incredible. He was extremely kind and friendly throughout the check in process and checked in on us throughout our stay. When our room was not quite ready, he escorted us to the rooftop to wait and then came to deliver our room key once the room was ready. He had already moved our bags to our room for us and even offered to move our smaller bags too. Abel provided us with great restaurant recommendations and informed us of some cultural sites to visit. He really went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay and that we could fully explore the sights and tastes of Lima.

I am a travel agent enjoying a 3 night stay at the modern, clean and aesthetically pleasing Hyatt centric Isidro in Lima Peru.
It’s been such a pleasure the friendly front desk staff met me at checkin gave me a personal tour of the property offered me a courtesy welcome drink and made me feel right at home. They spoke perfect English and allowed me to practice my broken Spanih which was culturally immersive as well as entertaining. The delicious home cooking and friendly room service are huge bonuses to a very nicely laid out room with sofa, king bed, fridge, plenty of space for luggage and even a dining table plus coffee machine and 2 free waters/day.
Abel checked me in and what an important asset he is to the Hyatt Family - you just can’t ask for a nicer host he helped me with every possible thing you can imagine from luxurious massages to sauna instructions and bar visits to enjoy spectacular golden sunsets.
There’s indeed a rooftop pool restaurant which is a beautiful place to have a drink and watch the sundown in the evenings. I highly recommend this location I hope to come back again soon… keep up the good work Abel, your staff here is exceptional … 10 stars!

This is my review for the Hyatt Centric San Isidro, Upon entering the lovely lobby we were greeted with a complimentary juice, the room that touched us had all the necessary amenities and we were greeted with chocolate pills and when I thought that was all came a lady and brought us a bowl of cookies, the beds were well comfortable and I took the best bath of my life in the shower of the hotel. The restaurant Isidro really is very good and the food is gourmet style. On the 10th floor was the rooftop bar Celeste which literally looks like a bar vibe in New York has very rich and sophisticated drinks and piqueos, apart from having a pool with a tremendous view of San Isidro. Next door is a complete gym with all the machines to work out. The next day we went to breakfast and the truth that I think is the most varied breakfast buffet I have ever seen, on top of that it has things that at least I have never seen in a breakfast buffet such as prosciutto, salame, smoked trout, sautéed loin, nuggets, chips, tapas of cause, veggie zone, etc., etc. A tremendous breakfast. Bottom line: just an amazing hotel where you have a great time.

Hello, At the Centric, generous sized room with 2 king size beds could accommodate the 4 of you. Even the bathroom is comfortable. Especially fine for a few nights. Also the public areas are quiet, safe and comfortable. I liked the swimming pool area and the restaurant there. 👍🏽But for us, the very best of the Centric is the breakfast, the breakfast room staff and the chefs—wonderful! Enjoy!
