Much of the hotel is in a renovated house with the mainly white interior being decorated with a mixture of modern and antique pieces to give a smart, contemporary feel to it. The public areas are light and spacious; the rooms were fine, the beds comfortable (although the pillows were sponge rather than feather) and there were nice touches such...

Dear Guest: We want to thank you for your comments, they help us to grow and improve day by day. We are very sorry for the problem you had with your credit card. The establishment has no inconvenient to use an American Express I think these problem could have been avoided since your check in, resolving this issue with the...

I came to this hotel late on a Friday night without a reservation, and the staff treated me as if they'd been waiting all week for me to arrive. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I was given a bright, clean, comfortable room for a reasonable price, and had a delicious dinner from room service -- when...

After reading all the rave reviews gave this place a go for two nights. There is nothing redeeming about this property. Our room was a king overlooking the front of the hotel and the road. The room smelled of damp and there was mold all in the bathroom. It is an older place with older bathrooms not really up to...

This is truly a charming boutique hotel. The interiors are tasteful and lovely. The ambient music sets you in a positive mood. And the staff are warm, helpful, with a can-do attitude and always smilimg. Special mention goes out to Marilu who is the sweetest and most helpful front desk person I have met. They also serve the best omelette...

Duo hotel is a small pearl in the heart of the San Isidro quarter of Lima. Smallish (has 20 rooms) and quiet, it was a great place to spend two weeks after arriving from Europe and we were hunting for an apartment to live in. The staff was uniformly courteous and efficient, the room (we got a Junior Suite) was...

We landed in Lima and stayed 1 night before heading out to Machu Pichu. I was not interested in seeing the cultural sites of Lima so this modern boutique hotel in the residential/embassy area was perfect. It was clean, charming, and spacious. The staff was kind and helpful. They gave us a laptop to use in our room for free...

It's a super cozy hotel, everyone's very nice and pleased to help. It's build in an ancient house, transformed to a comfortable hotel with beautiful, modern and simple decoration. Breakfast is amazing. The hotel is located in a quiet and nice residential neighborhood San Isidro, far enough from the agitated city center but 10 min taxi drive from it and...

I travel often to Lima on business and have stayed at chain/name brand hotels every time. This last time I decided to stay one week past my business needs to take a short vacation with my fiancé. The hotel where I stayed could not extend my stay, so I had to look for an alternative. Using this site, I found...

This is a fantastic hotel with a fantastic staff. The hotel is clean, chic...cannot think of anything negative about it. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are great with good beds and lots of amenities. Would only stay there if we visit Lima again.

My husband and I stayed at the Duo Boutique for a total of 11 nights, with a trip to Cuzco for 4 nights, so left our luggage with the staff and came back to find our luggage in the hotel room and a welcome note that was personalized. Those are the small things that made our stay very memorable. We...
