Good location and clean hostel about otherwise terrible. I stayed 2 nights and was greeted by a girl who was absolutely clueless. She charged me the wrong amount by card and then came and asked me for extra in cash. She was apologetic and said she was new so I forgave her at first. But then she she basically messed...

I liked this hostel very much. The people who are working here are very nice and helpful. The location is close to the coast in Miraflores. There is a metro (bus)station nearby from where you can get easily to the center of Lima.

We stayed in 8bed dorm here, comfortable spacious safe clean rooms. The rooftop area is cool to hang out, but unfortunately they only stock overpriced craft beers. For this reason we were out of the hostel most evenings only coming back to sleep so we met people here over breakfast instead. Breakfast and the staff were great!

The staff member who checked me in was new and a bit useless! She put me in a bed in a room and then a few hours later (about 10pm) told me I had to move as was the wrong room. She sold me a padlock and then came back half hour later saying she charged me wrong price as...

I stayed at the Dragonfly for a few nights and was very happy with the service - 24 hour reception was great, the breakfast was very tasty, and the rooftop patio was a great place to hang out with a few brews. I would highly recommend this hostel. Walking distance from some great restaurants as well as the Pacific Ocean...

Overall very satisfied with this establishment. Feels safe (locked gate), warm staff, and superb rooftop balcony. Don't expect any luxury, room are simple small but very clean. The thing i liked the most from this place was the people we met. Many world travelers stop here because its so cheap, and it makes for some nice gathers on the rooftop....

I had a wonderful stay at Dragonfly! Staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. I stayed a few nights, travelled to the South & was welcomed back with open arms upon returning to Lima. Great!

The Dragonfly Hostel is a great place to stay. It is clean and quiet and the staff are friendly, fun and well informed. It was relaxing to stay there and I loved our room on the roof top. The check in staff were helpful and are available 24/7. We felt safe and welcomed and happy to be there. I would...

Nice, clean hostel, not too much of a party-place, so you can get some rest on the comfortable enough beds (although I always find earplugs useful in all hostels!). It's small but there are communal spaces where you can meet other people easily. Great location too. Definitely recommend!
