We loved this place. It was very affordable and excellent value for the cost. It feels like a small oasis when you walk in. It is not fancy but the rooms are pretty. The place is nice and comfortable. The people who work there are very lovely and extremely helpful. The air conditioning units in our rooms worked very well....

Spotless clean, quiet, a few blocks from the plaza. Friendly and kind management. They will guide you through the good spots in Iquitos to eat, travel, shops etc. Safe location, close to everything yet peaceful and tranquil. A wonderful retreat after the jungle.

A home away from home. Iquitos can be a crazy town at times but the Nativa Apartment is like an oasis. We stayed there for three nights in October 2015. The owner - Monica speaks excellent English and organised taxi pick-up and drop-off from and to Iquitos airport. We stayed in Room 5 and 6 – both double rooms with...

We came to Iquitos as a departure point for an Amazon trip. We booked 4 days here because of flight schedules/boat departure. Our rooms at Nativa were an oasis in a noisey and hectic town. We were an intergenerational family of 7 and had 3 rooms. All of the rooms were bright, clean and very spacious with A/C, which was...

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. a little deceiving at first - the outside doesn't look like much and the photos make the rooms larger than actual. Altho the rooms are of reasonable size. One thing to be aware of - there are cats in the courtyard/entry - if you have an allergy, like my partner...

My family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights. This place is about 3 streets away from the Malecon(Amazon river front). We were in a 2 bedroom apartment and with A/C and was very clean and modern facility. We felt like home. Monica did help us with sending a pickup at the airport. She also helped plan and arrange for our...

My experience with Nativa Apartments was nothing but positive. The reservation process was smooth and I was able to pay using Pay Pal. The rooms are simple and clean with a welcoming air conditioner after 5 days in the jungle and staff was always on hand to help in anyway. Monica will give advise on restaurants, guides, transportation, and directions...

Stayed here with a mate for a couple of nights either side of an amazon tour. Room was exceptionally clean. Bathroom was sanitary, but most importantly of all, the air conditioning in the room was a saving grace from the relentless heat and humidity of iquitos. Furthermore, it is in a great location - only a few blocks from the...

I walked in to a beautiful room early in the morning. After settling in, the staff helped me find the plaza de armas to get some food, which is just a 2 minute walk away. Overall great experience at Nativa, and I will definitely go back next time I'm in Iquitos.

No matter when I pushed that button, someone was there to greet me. I visited Nativa twice; once before my trek into and onto the Amazon and once after. The rooms were large and with a basic design; cleanliness was its strongest suit. The hotel offered massages and they were a welcome amenity; strong hands, heavy touch and I was...
