Don't stay at this hostel! They charge you extra for everything and most of the receptionist are very unfriendly and not helpful. The English is also very poor. The rooms are quite clean but the isolation for sounds is so bad that you here everything which make it hard to sleep. The breakfast is very poor aswell, just dry bread,...

Easy walking distance to main square but tucked away from noise. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean adequate rooms with comfy beds and loved the hot water bottles in llama cases delivered at night. Great view from breakfast dining room.

We stayed here as a base for a tour of the Sacred Valley. Our room was clean, and the hot water worked consistently well, which I was worried about after reading reviews for other places in the area. Wifi mostly works well, but only in the common area. The breakfast was average, fresh fruit and good coffee, but very stale...

My mom and I stayed here for 3 nights in April and had a great time! The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. Cesar spoke really good English which was super helpful and he was always eager to help us. Between my mom and I, we know enough Spanish to get by but Cesar was our "go-to" guy...

They were overbooked and made all arrangements for me to stay at BizArt which was so so. Had good location but room basic without good window and poor ambience. Not reflective of koyllur but they did overbook and it was not an upgrade

The hostel is very well located and the prices are very reasonable. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Kind and friendly staff. Free coca tea all the time. The only weak point was the intermittent water pressure in the bathroom, but anyway... the water was always hot.

Reasonable price, clean room, pleasant stay. Pleasant walk away from the centre of the town, where there are plenty of places to eat. Convenient location for exploring the town and the surrounding tourist sites

This hotel has a great location and a nice lobby for hanging out. The rooms are really, really small and ours didn't have an outside window. Everything was clean and the staff was polite. The wifi worked well everywhere. The free breakfast was not so good. Weak coffee and very limited options. It is worth $30 per night, but not...

Hotel was our stopping point for Macchu Piccu Inca Trail hike and visit to the Amazon Jungle. We were able to leave our luggage and pack trail packs and return to the same room. Breakfast was adequate as staff got up and made eggs for us along with juices, fruit, breads, cheeses, yogurt etc. typical standard fare. Rooms were clean...

Depending on your personal preferences, this can be a great place to stay or a bit of a disappointment. Plus points: Great location within walking distance to Plaza de Armas, but in nice relatively quiet area (however it is up a steep hill!), check-in basically any time (great when you arrive exhausted at 8am in the morning coming from a...
