Hotel Midori's best asset is its location, - just one block from the main plaza of Cusco where all the tourist excitement is located. The temples, marketplaces and cathedrals are walking distance (2-3 blocks) from this hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean, and gave a feeling of an old Victorian house from the 18th century....

I stayed here before and after my trip to Maccu Piccu. What a great hotel - located a few minutes walk from the main square so there's no shortage of restaurants and shops nearby, and no need to struggle up the steep hills or out of town like many hotels in this price range. The rooms are large enough, very...

The hotel is in an old city house. Rooms are spread around a central yard. Very simple but very clean. People are very friendly and the breakfast is very good. The rooms are not well isolated and some cold comes from outside. A heater was in the room and was useful.

Stayed here for a few nights. Excellent base to see Cuzco as sooooo close to the main plaza. Wifi was excellent all around this boutique hotel. My room was nice and clean but i could hear others in the room next to mine as my bathroom was right near the other rooms bathroom. Still, had a good sleep. Decent breakfast...

The price and location are very good at this smallish hotel. All main attractions are within walking distance and the hotel can arrange taxis and tours. I stayed here while coming and going to Machu Picchu. Both rooms, while small, were clean and quiet. I slept very well on good beds. The staff is especially helpful. I had the pleasure...

But . . . Very difficult for travel companies and taxi to pick you up or find due to one way and closed streets from the square. Hotel is very noisy do to school a cross the street and orphanage beside it. Nice walking distant to Plaza de Arms however that also makes it noisy for street traffic. Rooms for...

Stayed at Midori for 3 separate stays as a "home base", on arrival in Cusco, after Inca Trail and after Amazon Jungle jaunt. Nice breakfasts. Left laundry on each departure and was done when we came back. Great location for walking but can be tricky for cars.

Hidden on a Narrow street a block off the Plaza Del Armas, this hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location for few nights in Cusco. The staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. The rooms had charm and character, especially the 2nd floor rooms. The breakfast buffet was simple and a great way to start your day. I...

Great hotel! The rooms we had (2 different rooms with 3 beds) were very nice, big and very comfortable. Breakfast was incredibly good, the best in all our hotels in Peru. The staff was very helpfull through our 2 separate stays (we went to the Inca trail between the two). I would go back again! I recommend this place.

My wife, 10 year old son and I stayed three nights at this hotel when traveling to Cusco. We felt the location was ideal, a little over a block downhill to the Plaza des Armes, the center of all the action in Cusco. Our room was large and very clean and featured a satellite television with numerous news, sports and...
