My best friend and I stayed at Casona les Pleiades before and after our Inca Trail trek to Machupicchu. The staff were very accommodating and helpful - Lizette, Angela, and Anna in particular. They were able to provide a second room on short notice. They also sent a taxi to pick us up at the airport when we arrived. Jaime...

If you need a friendly, helpful place to stay in the 'real' heart of Cusco, then this is the place to stay. So friendly and so helpful. Organise your tours here as well. Professional Guides are organized to come and meet with you and you end up with a fantastic stay. Michu Picchu, sacred valley, river rafting were 3 tours...

We were so happy we stayed here in Cuzco during the corpus christi festival and before/after our trek to Machu Picchu. The reception desk was wonderful and attentive. When we were having trouble with the tour group we booked with, they were happy to help us with alternative solutions. They went above and beyond what was expected. Although the B&B...

Our experience was far from optimal. Issues for travelers to consider include: 1) no vehicle access; you must carry your bags up stone streets and stairs. 2) unreliable hot water for the shower, no hot/warm water in the sink. 4) All drinking water is for purchase. 5) Payment terms are NOT clearly communicated (in contrast to what reception said). You...

We loved the esthetic here and Nikolai (?) was really nice & helpful. The taxi connection was excellent too. But from the first night (we stayed many nights) it was impossibly noisy. At first we were told it was because of a festival, then bec of the bar/music across the alley and that if it continued they would call/talk to...

We stayed at Les Pleiades in April, 2015. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The area had good restaurants and shops, and was close to a great market with ladies that make wonderful fresh fruit smoothies. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent with eggs fresh to order, ham, fruit, fresh breads and jam, juice. Very reasonable price for...

It was a perfect location for me. My room was clean and nice. The staff was fantastic too! The view from my room of Cusco was remarkable too! The breakfast was also great and I would certainly stay here again.

We stayed here in a room for three persons. Very clean, slightly on the small side for three beds and on the same floor as the reception. Would have preferred upper level on reflection but was great anyway. The breakfast was amazing not just bread and Jam as seems usual in lower end places. Staff excellent friendly and very helpful....

The room we stayed in was incredible, built of handhewn wood and contoured to the colonial roofline of the building. Two small windows look out over a sea of Cusco rooftops and mountains beyond. We chose this place to spend our last night together in Peru and it was an excellent decision! The location puts you just a short walk...
