My husband and I stayed here last month. The people were very kind and professional and helpful and very patient with our poor Spanish. The place was always clean, and the free breakfast was delicious. I definitely recommend it.

We stayed four nights here acclimatising in Cusco before our Machu Picchu trek and one night after. It was slightly over our normal budget but Cusco is priced higher. We had a lovely room with a fabulous view over the roofs of Cusco. The breakfast is delicious with lots of lovely fresh bread and croissants and the ladies who work...

This is our second stay at Casona Les Pleiades. The rooms are accommodating and clean. I love all the warm quilts. Breakfast is fulfilling-pastries, eggs your style, fruit, coffee and tea; especially coca tea. There is access to wine and beer too. Staff are pleasant - thank goodness for Google Translate because my Spanish is weak.

Great location (10 min. walk to plaza de armas but everything a tourist could need right at your doorstep). Superb views from some rooms and the balcony. Attentive, lovely and helpful staff. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful. Why we had the whole hotel to ourselves is beyond me and actually made me feel bad for the staff, cause they were...

Loved it here at the Casona les Pleaides. Beautiful cozy place. Katherine a bilingual English and Spanish speaking receptionist took very well care of my friends and myself. As well as Ana and Thalia served us breakfast and were very kind and loving. A very welcoming and secure hotel with beautiful cheerful staff. In the middle of every historic stop....

I traveled in cuzco for one week with my dad. We really liked to end every day in the hotel, located in the quiet area of cuzco 'san blas' (but ther are great bars and restaurants close by). Katy in the reception and the others treated us so good! Nice & Patiently... Halp us with every question in any time...

They were very nice in this hotel and helpful. We were doing the Inca Trail and they kept our bags, had an early breakfast ready for us and the staff in general was very friendly. The room was confortable and the breakfast was good. It's also very well located.

We found Casona Les Pleiades through the trekking company we used to hike the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu and so happy we chose to stay there. The BnB is adorable with spacious rooms, beautiful views, and delicious breakfast. The hosts were wonderful, they went above and beyond by making us a meal to go when we were going to...

I had a horrific experience and I wasn't going to write a bad review as I was told that the woman who locked me inside the hotel quit but this is not true so I'm writing this review. I stayed here for three days as a solo woman traveler and lost my immigration card. I told the manager(the guy) that...
