Over three months since my trip and I’m still blown away by the warm welcome we received here. I hadn’t read the reviews in advance so had no idea that we were in for such a treat, which only served to make the experience even lovelier. The family that runs this hotel really spoilt us during our stay: tea on...

We are a family of four (two daughters 10 yr and 18yr). We had quite the adventure in Peru staying in many different hotels and hiking to Machu Picchu (we loved the Lares Trail). After about 8 days we finally reach The Garden House. How happy was I!! This hotel is just wonderful. Our rooms were spacious, the hosts were...

We were treated so well at the Garden House, and our stay was absolutely perfect. Before we arrived, they were incredibly helpful over email providing advice about late dinner options on Christmas eve. On arrival, we found the Garden House to be a wonderful retreat from the busy town. Although a little further away from Cuzco, the distance wasn't a...

I am glad that I made the right choice to stay at the Garden House. The place was serene, the hosts were gracious and the staff were helpful. The hotel is a big property surrounded by a garden. My room was spacious and clean and comfy, making it a perfect place for preparing for my trip to Machu Picchu and...

I'm glad that we chose this place,it could not be any better. The place is not touristy..Not at the city center but it was never a problem since we were provided a car and driver. $3 about 10 soles each way. Ceci & Doris were very gracious hosts. We had everything we needed and wanted . Even a mobile phone...

This hotel has a lovely hostess who couldn't do enough for us. The accomodation was perfectly nice as well. The breakfast was a little small to be honest - made to order, but limited options. It was nice though. The big downside to this hotel though was the location. It was about 20 minutes in a taxi from the centre...

This was truly the best hotel experience I've ever had. From the incredibly warm welcome to the clean rooms to the serene, well-kept, and secure grounds, there was literally nothing I would change about this place. Our host, Celia, was helpful and caring (especially when my girlfriend became ill). A short taxi ride from downtown Cusco, the staff was always...

From the moment we arrived The Garden House, we felt like we were being taken care of by close friends and family. We were given cocao tea and advised to take a nap and relax to avoid altitude sickness. The house is a family home owned by Doris and Cecilia (our hosts). It has a beautiful inner central courtyard and...

We stayed at the Garden House for a total of 5 nights. Doris and Ceci greeted us with tea and made sure we were able to rest to get use to the altitude. We stayed in two rooms connected with it's own bathroom; all was very clean and cozy. The rest of the home is quite nice and comfortable. Doris...
