We stayed here for 4 nights in 2 different rooms in April/May of 2013. We were in 2 different rooms because we went up to Machu Picchu and came back. Both our rooms were really nice, very comfortable beds, nice showers, etc. My biggest complaint is that the rooms are loud and not well soundproofed. You can hear the people...

My husband and I stayed a total of 3 nights on our way to and from Machu Picchu. The staff are wonderful and they recognize you each time they see you!! The beds are comfortable; the rooms are clean. A buffet breakfast was included in the cost of our room. This opens at 5 in the morning for those of...

Nice hotel. Located about 5 minute taxi ride from Cusco airport, about the same distance to Wanchuq train station and about a 5 minute stroll to Plaza de Armas (central plaza in Cusco). The hotel is a lot larger on the inside than it appears outside. Buffet breakfast can be had in the dining room or in the main courtyard....

everyone at Casa Andina was very professional from the front desk attendants, the wait staff, the concierge, the bellmen, and the bartenders. In particular the two gentlemen who were exceptional in their job I would like to mention were, Miguel ( the most friendly bartender!) and Roosevelt ( an exceptionally kind person with a wonderful smile and helpful attitude- he...

We stayed here 2 different times on our travels. The first room we had was huge, the restaurant served a nice breakfast buffet, check-in was easy. Unfortunately the second room had lots of problems, including the toilet running all night long so we shut the bathroom door only to wake later and find out the door knob broke and had...

I found this hotel very comfortable, with nice clean rooms and very fresh and clean all round. With a very good room service menu and very nice restaurant cant see what more anyone could want. I had an excellent massage with a young caring lady even through there was a langue barrier. I found all the staff very polite and...

We enjoyed our time in Cusco because of the helpful staff. The room was fine and bed comfortable. The staff made sure every need was met and were always pleasant and helpful. Good place for a base to see things.

Casa Andina Private Collection in Cusco was our second 4-star hotel by Casa Andina chain we stayed on our trip to Peru. We spent two nights there. We do not know how many types of rooms they have but we were “lucky” to see two completely different rooms. On the first day we arrived to Cusco, we were offered a...

Stayed in march for 2 nights, rooms good standard some work being carried out in courtyard but wasn't a problem. Breakfast very good as was dinner. Close to main square and there a lot of places to eat around there. Only complaint is we found it noisy at night, the corridors are quite echoey and ladies heels do make a...

Having stayed at the hotel of the same name in Lima, we were quite disappointed by the one in Cusco. It has well past its prime, and really does need an overhaul. We decided to eat in the bar, and the barman was unfriendly, unhelpful and made us feel as though we should not be there. Indeed the entire staff...
