The wi-fi is not working well at evening when everybody is on . Good location , at a walking distance to main street and main attractions . Good services , rooms are clean ; the storage service of our luggages is efficient .

We had 2 rooms for the family for a night stay. Had a comfortable night.Comes with breakfast and free wifi. They do have English speaking receptionists. They allowed us to store our luggages with them when we went to Machu Picchu to overnight. Would recommend this hotel when in Cuzco. The rate is reasonable. We had dinner there once and...

I travelled with my group of people. Stayed for two nights in January, 2017. The hotel is located very close to the Qoricancha, pretty close to the plaza de armas as well. Recently renovated hotel. Warm atmosphere. Rooms are nice and the breakfast was good. The customer service was nice. Two of my group were sick for the high altitude...

This hotel is well located. It is simple, but with an amazing and kind staff. The only thing the worried me is the bath: too deep, it is: too dangerous for elderly people, and with nothing who is taking a shower could hold to get balance. The restaurant serves one of the best chicken soup I have ever eaten, which...

Nice rooms. Beautiful courtyard with pool (empty during my visit). Dinner there was nice. Bread was hard, but the trout was delicious! Breakfast buffet (included) was good variety of options. Small bar. Would recommend buying bottled water across the street vs in the hotel.

We stayed two nights in a very nice and clean two bed Room. The breakfast was very good and the Personal very friendly and helpful. The only absolutly anoying thing is the early Check-out at 08:30am. They offered us a late Check out until 1 pm for 35 US $! It was not possible to stay even for a small...

I've stayed in this hotel several times and always had a good experience. The staff are extremely helpful and I was delighted to be able to check in by 8.30am after an early flight. The room is small but has everything I need with a lovely view. The breakfast covered all my needs. Being in the more ancient part of...

Room 265 was tiny. No room even for a medium sized suitcase to be opened anywhere between the two twin beds. The bathroom is even smaller. The flush of the toilet was broken so every use required you to insert your arm in the flush's water to replace the rubber and chain stopper inside there, so it could fill up...

First room small, bad mattress, bathroom without space to put toothbrushes. We lived to Machupicchu and returned 2 days after, asking to a better room. They gave us the suite, on third floor. No wifi signal and the shower had two kinds of water: very hot or freezing!!! And this was the suite!!! We hated this hotel and don't recomend...

Here now with good service next to stores and restaurants. 2 blocks from main square. Don't confuse with San Augustine Plaza--different place. Restaurant includes international steaks and local inka foods. Good choice for the price, breakfast begins at 5am--check out is at 9!
