Nice rooms. Beautiful courtyard with pool (empty during my visit). Dinner there was nice. Bread was hard, but the trout was delicious! Breakfast buffet (included) was good variety of options. Small bar. Would recommend buying bottled water across the street vs in the hotel.

We stayed two nights in a very nice and clean two bed Room. The breakfast was very good and the Personal very friendly and helpful. The only absolutly anoying thing is the early Check-out at 08:30am. They offered us a late Check out until 1 pm for 35 US $! It was not possible to stay even for a small... More

I've stayed in this hotel several times and always had a good experience. The staff are extremely helpful and I was delighted to be able to check in by 8.30am after an early flight. The room is small but has everything I need with a lovely view. The breakfast covered all my needs. Being in the more ancient part of... More

Room 265 was tiny. No room even for a medium sized suitcase to be opened anywhere between the two twin beds. The bathroom is even smaller. The flush of the toilet was broken so every use required you to insert your arm in the flush's water to replace the rubber and chain stopper inside there, so it could fill up... More

First room small, bad mattress, bathroom without space to put toothbrushes. We lived to Machupicchu and returned 2 days after, asking to a better room. They gave us the suite, on third floor. No wifi signal and the shower had two kinds of water: very hot or freezing!!! And this was the suite!!! We hated this hotel and don't recomend... More

Here now with good service next to stores and restaurants. 2 blocks from main square. Don't confuse with San Augustine Plaza--different place. Restaurant includes international steaks and local inka foods. Good choice for the price, breakfast begins at 5am--check out is at 9!

The hotel's location is just a short walk to the stunning Plaza de Armas, the main square, where you can enjoy the beautiful cathedral, numerous restaurants, Saturday night fireworks, a Sunday morning parade, and people watch in a beautiful setting; however, if your hotel room faces the street where the hotel entrance is located, or has a view of the... This hotel is conveniently situated about 2 blocks from the main square. The decor feels colonial-spanish and appropriately "local". There is a very comfortable lobby area, perfect for waiting for your less than punctual companions and regrouping before heading out. The building is converted from use in 19th centurey as a seminary, so (our) rooms were small, but comfortable. Given... More

I do not recommend this hotel at all. The staff accused us of stealing a blanket! Which of course we certainly did not. Furthermore, they sent correspondence to our tour company stating they have us on film stealing it because there was a camera in our room. When we contacted the hotel to tell them that we could provide proof... More

Cute, traditional hotel in central location. We had a booking hiccup but the Manager and reception staff were fantastic. There are actually 3 San Augustin hotels in Cusco and this was part of the confusion, we should have been in the Plaza. However, the manager took us personally to the Plaza (literally 2 mins away). They were all super friendly,... More
