This is a clean hotel in a convenient location however it is very high up and thus you may suffer from altitude sickness (this is the same with any hotel in Cusco however. I stayed here with a group pre-Inca trial. The hotel is highly recommended and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast with great variety. Free... More

Our travel group stayed at several Casa Andina hotels in Peru and liked them all. The staff was friendly, helpful, and willing to answer questions and recommend places to visit. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, healthy, and nourishing. Our Cusco hotel was near the center of town, museums, churches, and Inca ruins. Very nice.

Staff was really friendly and extremely helpful. Located a block away from the plaza de armas and many good restaurants. Free wi-fi was slow but better than nothing. Decent breakfast served in the morning with plenty of options. Cusco is amazing!

We were concerned with the high altitude of Cusco which can cause problem in breathing. Therefore we booked 3 nights in Cusco on the way to Machu Picchu and 1 night on the return. Our hotel was the Casa Andina Classic - Cusco Plaza. We could not choose a better hotel since it was located in the middle of everything.... More

I thought that this hotel was excellent. I had some issues with my Taxi from the airport and the people from the hotel who were at the airport helped me get in contact with my travel agent and got me to my destination safely. The room was comfortable. Even though the city had a huge celebration during my stay, the... More

I would recommend this hotel. Close to everything - easy walking distance to restaurants cathedrals central square. Rooms were big. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Left our luggage there on two different occasions and safe and sound. Breakfast simple but plenty of it. Very happy with all aspects . Location is definitely good.

Nice hotel very close to plaza de armas with reasonable price. We were very happy with the service. They did a great job of storing our luggage for the inca trek. Decent breakfast buffet. Rooms are ok, showers can be hit or miss with the water pressure. A bit noisy but expected, great view of the city from the dinning... More

Very convenient location - just a minute walk to Plaze de Armas. At first I was concerned about the noise level but my room was nice and quiet. Room well-equipped too with safe box, heater and cable TV. For a chain hotel, the service staff were nice, friendly and attentive. I requested for the same room when I returned from... More
