We stayed at the Royal Inca I Hotel in May. We had stayed there before in 2000 and truly loved the charm and location. It is more than 300 years old and has charm and lots and lots of stairs. We requested our old room #706. It is a two level room with a queen bed upstairs and a huge...

I couldn't ask for a better location. The hotel was charming and the rooms were large and comfortable. However, the hotel rooms were a bit noisy, so bring ear plugs and perhaps a night mask if you don't want the sun to wake you up. Wifi was not dependable and slow. It did work. There was no swimming pool that...

Our stay with the Royal Inka was great, especially for the central location, charming historic building and large breakfast. Our one issue was street noise but we switched rooms and had no problem after that. In particular, the door man Mario was very helpful.

The room is big in the old inka house. I stayed there 4 nights and tried two different rooms. The first one on the 2nd level is a bit noisy as facing the main street so I changed to the one in the 3rd level patio which is better , more modern and quiet. Not so far from the main...

The hotel is okay, however they can use better customer service. We booked it online using expedia. We had sought one bedroom with two people but when we arrived they advised that expedia did not inform them so we had to pay an extra $40 for the extra person. The room we thought we had for $80 ended up costing...

Stayed here the 1st 2 nights and on our last night before heading home. GREAT location, 2 blocks from Plaza de Armas. Great staff especially that Mario, the bellman. My luggage's handle broke on the way to Cuzco. Mario took it home and fixed it! What a guy and what a relief! 1st stay was at the newer part of...

Mesmerizing. Majestic! Beautiful internal wooden architecture and wall mural. A place of comfort before trail blazing the sacred valley or onto the south. The Royal Inka is ideally located near the plaza and geographically situated as a comfort transit point. Take a visit and whilst there, lift your head towards the sky and let your senses guide you.

I paid US$ 130 for a triple room, but I had problems connecting to the internet in my room. The staff wasn´t able to solve the problem though I complained 4 times. Additionally, when I wanted to print my flight web check-in they expected me to pay for each page, which I found totally ridiculous and annoying. Finally, there is...

A nice hotel in a really good location close to the centre of Cuzco. Breakfast is an impressive buffet with a wide choice. The bedroom was comfortable but had no outside window. The staff are efficient and the place is very clean. What makes this place really worth staying in is the restaurant staff and the cleaners who are both...

My rating is based on the 4 nights I spent there. - excellent location, main square 3- 5 minutes walk, famous Gaston Aucurio restaurant, Chica, almost next door. - Clean, heated room - nice buffet breakfast - good value for price.
