Probably the nicest hotel we stayed at in Peru. Very comfortable bed and decent breakfast. The coffee-shop/breakfast room is on the second floor and afford great views of the square and serves decent coffee. Front desk staff excellent – helped us when we need assistance with the altitude sickness. Good WiFi. Position on the square is first rate and except...

Stayed here with a friend in twin room that faced the street Ave del Sol. The room is well laid out but small for two people. The side that faced the street was noisy. The staff were very helpful and the location was perfect to see the city, the staff arranged a wonderful taxi driver to take me to Chinceros....

The hotel is well located on the main touristy square of Cusco, and the lobby is nice. The bedroom are very small, the bathroom is very small you can't open the window since there is huge traffice all around it's modern and clean but basically, there are much nicer places to stay in town.

Been here a week and it seems as if every time I'm in the plaza there are bands and dancers. Does not hurt that Cuzco has the best looking motorcycle cops in the world and they take turns directing traffic in the plaza. Never heard of any pick pockets in the plaza either.

I went to the cafe of the hotel as a customer a few times and EVERY TIME it takes forever to get service... i once even saw a couple walk out cause they didn't get any attention at all after they sat down, no one went over to greet them or offer them a menu..... The last time, I went...

The hotel is right at the center of the historical district. It's walking distance to attractions, shops, restaurants. However, it's noisy at night, so not good for light sleepers. The room and bathroom are modern & clean, but a little tight in space. Buffet breakfast is free with decent selections. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They initially gave us...

I couldn't have asked for a better stay hotel stay in Cusco. This is the perfect location right in the square, as central as you can get with access to everything. The Service was great and staff was attentive. The room was clean, water pressure was great in the shower. I would def prefer to stay here again in Cusco.

Wonderful hotel! The bathrooms are excellent- very clean, modern, and excellent hot water. The location couldn't be better for getting around and also being very centrally located. Staff was very helpful and gracious in helping take care of needs. The cafe on the 2nd floor looks out on the plaza-- great views in the morning and the food is excellent....

Perfect location in Cusco! Close to everything and easy to stop by. Clean modern hotel that provided various choice of breakfast from 6-10 with a great view of the plaza. Very helpful staff and offers complimentary tea as many of hotels in Cusco do. Safe, powerful shower (no tub ) fridge and extra heater in a room. Taxi might not...

If you can tolerate the noise of being on the Plaza de Armas, this is a great hotel choice. The windows are insulated so it is quiet in the rooms however if there is a festival, parade, fireworks, or police directing traffic, that noise will still filter in starting at 7am. The breakfast buffet has nice choices but the staff...
